  1. It isn't a tie at the moment anyway, and as long as everyone has voted either Mojo or GeneralCamo, it can't be. There isn't any reason to vote for anyone else anyway, as one of the two have to be lying. If Alp and Nod aren't going to move votes, then there isn't much to do.
  2. Well you disappeared, but I think I figured out what you meant anyway.
  3. Wait, is this your investigation result or did you target someone else?
  4. Huh. Well, my #1 suspect had changed to Shade as a result of him jumping a little too fast onto the idea that KY was the Miller, but I guess the fact that Shade was killed may as well confirm it to be true. The fact that Shade was killed may point to a newbie scum team, one that wouldn't understand that Shade is often more help to scum than a hindrance. I would guess that a newbie team would probably kill the guy they were most afraid of. I will be trying to figure out what exactly that might have been. And given who we have for remaining players, save for Mojoman, the only players left who could be suspects happen to be new(-ish) players. GeneralCamo isn't exactly new to mafia, but I don't think he's played games with Shade before. As far as I'm concerned, two of Alphoca, GeneralCamo, and Nodfan are Mafia. Whatever the case, Mojoman should be able to help us narrow the field a bit.
  5. That was the best explanation for that comment I could come up with, anyway. You seemed to not like that comment, did you have a different takeaway from it?
  6. I don't know, actually. What stuck out to me at the time is that he can't be proven wrong about KY if KY is the Miller. He would appear to be correct instead. The only perspective from which he could be proven wrong by KY's flip is if Mojo is Mafia.
  7. No, not really, sorry. Shouldn't take too long to find it all, though, given we're still only on page 3.
  8. Nodfan's vote does feel like he was following someone else's vote, almost like he felt that was the thing he should do. He might think that, if he was Mafia. If that is true, his teammate could be Alp, but I don't see an Alp/Nod scum team particularly likely. I think Mojoman is a better candidate to be a teammate with Nodfan. If I consider Nodfan to be the common denominator, I should vote for him. However, I don't think I'm cutthroat enough to feel comfortable voting for a new player on Day 1. On the other hand, I already have some slight suspicion on Mojoman, who showed some mental fixation on the idea of lynching a Miller. Then he swapped his vote to the most active player for not much reason at all. Given nolynch doesn't seem to be a viable option, that's the way I'm going to have to go. ##vote Mojoman
  9. I'm kinda inclined to follow Shade's plan. Not ready to sign on to it yet, but I was thinking about something similar.
  10. It never fails. You always manage to trigger me with posts like this on Day 1.
  11. I could play as well. I was also sitting out to allow for new players.
  12. But to give a serious answer, yeah, they weren't very much like mafia games at all, even though some mafia elements were involved. DnD would be a good way to describe it, but I think I would call them Escape the Room Labyrinth games that had unavoidable random encounters from NPCs that were likely to kill you, other players that were likely to kill you, items that were likely to kill you, traps that were likely to kill you, and limited resources...which would kill you if you ran out of them.
  13. They were disasters that perfectly encapsulated the overbearing feeling of dread that all characters involved must have been feeling.
  14. Made perfect sense to me. That's why I was certain you were town.
  15. Don't ask questions that only scum benefit to learn the answer of. Other than that I think you did just fine. Hell, even after you were caught, that false reveal was great.
  16. Well, we have certainly had games before where either the cop was killed N1 (and the role wasn't revealed) or there wasn't a cop at all, and a scum player claimed cop and led town around all game because he was never countered and never wrong, until the last phase.
  17. Hmmm, maybe ask Orange about that. I know I would have been a bit suspicious of FRAYDO if he survived.
  18. Yeah, I'm not surprised about that. I figured it was true that Louis really did track me, so one of them had to be using the NK at the same time. The fact that Orange kept denying that was just one of the things that kept bringing me back to him.
  19. Well, I mean, from her perspective that's what she should have done. She couldn't know that I could use scramble again. Really the winning move would have been to kill me, I think.
  20. Right? She comes out and claims I killed FRAYDO and she just wins. The fact that she didn't confused the hell out of me.
  21. I went to bed the night before thinking just like that, "I have to lynch Louis. I have to lynch Louis." and then I get up and start writing the case I had built on Orange and I just keep getting more and more convinced that he really is scum that had an ability to fool the cop. I had to take myself back from the brink and force myself to follow the evidence rather than my reads. It was fucking tough.
  22. Yeah, I know...but in a F3 like this, it wasn't a chance I could take. In this situation, I could live with getting beat by an ability I couldn't possibly know about. I couldn't live with going against a cop report and being wrong. If it weren't LYLO, I would have lynched Orange. Hell, in my opinion FRAYDO is MVP, because without that cop report I would have lynched Orange and been quite confident about it.
