I have an idea. ##hook Louis

I'll sleep on this and come back with a refreshed mind. I have to wonder though, what would have happened had Louis denied it? I can't think of a reason now as to why she would have, other than to throw you under the bus. However, to confirm for you and everyone that she was being sucked in and spat out, it does leave a hint of suspicion still. Not saying at this time it's you, or Louis, or anyone else (certainly not Mojo, poor guy), but someone is lying about their night action or not performing one at all. I'm not keen on casting suspicion on my mason buddy but I must consider him too. If ChopBam no longer has the inhale ability and has instead copied another, but the Mask remains on ChopBam's person, only iLTS should know what ability he currently has - and it would be there someone will be caught in their lie. Some scenarios come to mind: A) ChopBam has lied about copying another ability, thus iLTS still must have the ##Inhale. For obvious reason, we know the action didn't work. He should still be able to use the action on someone else though. This assumes the mask remained in ChopBam's possession, as Chop stated to have not been able to pass it B) ChopBam did copy another, thus taking up his night action and absolving him of the N3 NK. Perhaps he didn't read his PM, otherwise iLTS should know what new ability ChopBam has with the mask still in the latter's possession, which will also be iLTS' new ability. iLTS can then verify this new ability and someone must recognize it as theirs. Ideally, this would clear two people for me: ChopBam for copying and blocking somone, as well as whoever's ability was revealed. These two could not have committed the kill C) ChopBam has told the complete truth and so suspicion must be shifted to iLTS for wanting the ChopBam lynch so badly, going as far to attempt the ##inhale which would have either taken away the Warp Star or 1-Up (assuming the latter can even be stolen, as ChopBam stated not to be able to pass it). It should be noted also that iLTS has claimed to have forced ChopBam to pass the mask to himself, thus explaining the earlier statement in scenario A. Paranoia must add though, "What if the mask acted of its own and the mask itself chose to stay with ChopBam?" It was noted from Nodlied that you could feel that there's something with the mask. Were that the case, iLTS' claimed action of moving the mask absolves him of the NK since he was busy with forcing ChopBam's hand. However, evidence may indicate otherwise. After all, iLTS moved quickly to dispel speculation of the mask's movement. Choosing where the mask goes could be the biggest lie we have believed.

I'll leave him to explain himself on this one. The idea of "If ChopBam were town who would be scum etc" came up before he took off.

Have I asked him? No, though through our discussion he sees ChopBam as 100% scum so I can rightly assume he wants the 1-up to effectively be able to lynch him.

Every case is worth a revisit, I can agree to that. Let's assume a complete 180 of my attack and I gained 100% confidence in you. What are your thoughts on Cat5 and Louis then?

1. You're not the target of my hook. You've warped away, after all. 2. Doubt. Nodlied identified it as a third item, and so it must be able to be stolen. 3. Odd. iLTS attempted it earlier still. Invalid action? No one cares about a Ice Climber. People only care when they are the Ice Climbers.

I'll wait on my mason buddy to read up and determine our course of action. My hook only has that 50% chance to succeed, while his inhale is guaranteed. I am confident in both of them, yes. KY and I were free to do whatever we wanted, we were not confined to the gym. Now this does open up the possibility of one us going out and doing something we shouldn't be, but I'm Town and so is he. Your roleblock and being roleblocked claim of last night leaves out the possibility of either of you performing the kill, as you want everyone to believe.

I'm beginning to doubt this claim. I think I know who has the 1-Up and will survive today's lynch. And when she lives, her partner will return from his warp and we'll be left at their mercy.

You're right, why would you? You blocked her right? It's not like we can confirm my suspicions and just pile the votes on her.

ChopBam couldn't have performed the kill, he was busy blocking you. You couldn't have done the kill, you were busy being roleblocked by him. If there were suspicions of your abilities, ChopBam has "verified" what you have. If there were suspicions of ChopBam not actually blocking you, you just described the block. Essentially, you both have an alibi for last night. Am I mistaken?

Since ChopBam and Louis have oh so conveniently cleared each other, whatever can we do now? Ugh.

50% chance to open a masonry with a player. My first two attempts failed at this, but since KY boosted me this is now a 100% chance success.

Thanks now I'm paranoid of the gym.

Just making sure I have my days and nights straight. N1 I attempted to charm ChopBam, did not succeed N2 I attempted to charm Nodlied, did not succeed so N2/D3 I was invited to the gym, yes? Yes. D3/N3 Masonry with KY, got the boost, N3 my charm succeeded and so D4 today is where I am.

KY told me he visited Verti N1 to create a masonry, but then he died. N2 he contacted me and we had our gym masonry, and he did indeed boost my night action. Supposedly his gym masonry has a cooldown so he had nothing to do N3. Assuming the cooldown is true, then he is able to invite another person his gym tonight. Conversely, if the cooldown was a lie, then I will come to a startling thought. N1 he killed Verti, N2 he masoned me and informed me of his "cooldown" so N3 he would be found doing nothing and I can verify it for him on account of said cooldown, and N4 when I'm to expect him to mason someone else he'll unfortunately have a repeat of N1 attempting to mason someone only for them to up and die. Wouldn't that be wacky? Before, my masonry had only 50% chance success rate but since KY's boost I now have 100% success on masonry and I'll tell you now that I am currently in a mason with iLTS.

Aaaand off he goes! He could have, or we could have piled on the votes and accidentally triggered an early hammer before we get a chance to learn more today. To ChopBam's credit, he's still contributing. Were I in his position being untargetable and unlychable today, I would have ditched the thread altogether until the next day. The fact that he remains here to help our scumhunting efforts should be good points for him.
