Not exact words, but it was just along the lines of "Congratulations, you may now use your item."

Yeah, that's the short version. The long version would be me using it to try and protect Cat 5.

I'm one possible answer, I suppose, but I didn't speak up at the time because A) Roleclaiming is typically bad, especially like that, and B) It was only one possible reason. Just because I guarded you doesn't mean blocking the kill *is* what happened, after all.

Just kills, I'm pretty sure. It didn't say. Either world tension, or maybe scum unlocking. As Cat 5 just ninja'd me, I'd point out the distinction may as well be academic, actually.

Well, as I've said, that's just how I am. I thought I was getting better, but obviously that's not the case. I've got a bulletproof vest, which allows me to stand in front of someone and save them. It unlocked N2 and ever sense I've stood in front of Cat 5.

I seriously forgot how items were working in this game. That's one of my big derps, though not my only derp. It would only hurt minorly town now because I'm suspicious and the item would go to the vault, but that means we don't get to use it tonight.

I mean, I've been doing stuff. Town stuff. Nothing can be proven, but yeah. Granted, even just sitting still and not doing scum stuff is technically an alibi, just a harder to prove one still.

That's just how I am. A vote is a weighty tool, and deserves to be treated as such. Plus, it's what I took away from the Death Note game on how to be town, because of what Cat 5 said then. (Yes, I was scum that game, but it was my first game, so I still learned a lot). If your alibi can't be confirmed, it's useless. Therefore, I didn't talk about it. That's what I gathered from that game. Right now my alibi can't be confirmed, so it's useless. Investigating me will confirm it, but it'll hamper town minorly in the process. (Downgraded from what I thought was going to happen).

I'm playing badly because I've already made myself a target for scum, when I was actually going to be fine if I'd just not have flipped out.

Wait... it doesn't say what your item does.... doesn't it.... I totally thought it did but it's just been we've all been so forthcoming this game (thanks Jeod) that we've been told what the items do independently... I feel like an idiot now and that I've played terribly.

I've claimed suspicious. I didn't really make a big deal of it though. I suppose I could have been more clear, but when there was a large number of us saying the same thing I didn't feel like beating a dead horse, basically. But yeah, I'm pretty inexperienced as town, so perhaps I did not handle the pressure very well. To be fair I've pointed out the flaw myself already, which is just a side effect of being exasperated. I'm like locked into one path and there's nothing I can do about it. Another trip to the wiki to learn how to play better is probably in order. I guess I'm just like, I've laid out my case, the points are good, but the response, up until recently seemed to be just more of 'no you'. There are good reasons to investigate me. There are good reasons to investigate Verti, and FRAYDO again, etc. The decision on who to investigate is a trade off between the pros and cons. I just think that evidence point is so strong and I've been cleared on that front it should get more attention.

Indeed, where HAS Mojo been to. I mean, don't get me wrong, what I've said still stands, but it seems as if people aren't even interested in it, so I'm like, 'why bother?'

You ninja'd me. Basically as soon as I'm investigated I lose my usefulness, aside from vote power. I can't really talk about it without also drawing a big target on me. If we get more evidence and possibly nail a scum, that's good though. If we need to clear me for voting purposes and logic and some time, that's fine I guess, we're just kind of shooting ourselves in the foot.

Investigating me will also out my role most likely, which will draw a big target on me. Hell, even talking about it is going to draw a big target on me, but it's where we're at.

For what it's worth, I think it's safe to talk about nationality, as it might get us to evidence, but that's *entirely separate* from actual roles.

I mean, if everyone's suspicious of me, by all means put me on the rotation, but we're doing a big disservice by not going after the evidence, and Cat 5 already cleared me of that. Barring my possible theory that WT rising unlocks more evidence, that is, in which case I might be wrong.

Wow, I come back and there's a wagon on me, on the day I can't look as often. How nice I'll admit I've been cagey, but that's because I'm always naturally adverse to giving out info about myself. That was like the number 1 rule when I read how to play mafia. However I am willing to answer any questions now, in reasonable discussion. I would very much prefer NOT to be investigated, because Cat 5 has verified I have no evidence and it would be a waste of time. I stand by my commitment to Verti, who's been flailing this whole game and trying to dodge being investigate. I would not go against the grain of town if you REALLY want to investigate me, but giving out too much info about myself might hurt town by helping scum plan. We've already kind of dropped the ball by having role claims out there and simi-role claims, which no doubt is helping scum decide who to target.

I'll actually put my money where my mouth is and go in on the non-FRAYDO choice. ##investigate Verti60 And while we're here. ##nominate Cat 5 Unless there's some reason not to nominate him today? Not really discussed that I guess.

So we're at a juncture. Do we keep hunting evidence, or do we investigate the known shady folk? The latter option really hinges on just how certain we are that we can nail FRAYDO now, and I'm not so sure it's 'betting odds' so to speak. Also I'm house sitting today, and while I can check up on the computer I may be a little less active until after dinner.
