  1. That's an interesting objective you have there... But anyway, the act of explaining the plan would tip off the intended target on how to avoid it, so I can't. I've now told Chop, because I've verified him as safe, though.
  2. The plan I had would not be described that way, so I think they have an idea I did not think of.
  3. Yeah I'd also like to point out despite *none* of us trusting Jeod, we're all being notably influenced by him. Give yourself a gold star Jeod.
  4. Yeah, a new CVC would be helpful (senpai please!). I might actually have to vote today and I want to have the best graphics at hand to be an informed citizen
  5. Finding suspicious characters is a higher priority IMO when we have this much buffer room with players still being alive, as you've helpfully pointed out several times But also there's a reason I didn't bump him all the way up and still have the same 1, 2, 3, order
  6. I'm actually inclined to lean with flavor reasoning too, to be fair.
  7. This is actually quite something... hard to keep up with posts when it goes that fast, but in the past few minutes KY has seemed a little fishy... For the record, I would not be opposed to to KY being investigated, while still leaning towards Voe. I would, however, be opposed to Nod being investigated as it stands.
  8. I consider ALL possibilities, if you haven't noticed by how I almost generate more of a smoke-screen than anything when postulating. I'll lay it out simple here, and Chop can verify this has more or less been my reasoning from the start. For simplicities sake, I won't wax poetic about the possibility of investigating me. You all have to make that calculation on your own. This is my ranked order of choices we have. 1) Investigate Voe. Voe is town, but unimportant town. He has a note. We can take the note. These are all *known quantities*. That's why it's safe. It's not safe for Voe, sadly, but we know what we're getting into. 2) Investigate KY. He's a bit fishy, but at the same time, he seems to think a lot like me. If he's scum he's playing the role of a fine outstanding young citizen perfectly, which is a valid scum tactic for infiltration, but if that's all we have to go on you might as well join KY and myself at the hip because we're basically the same. The tipping factor is of course the trust point shenanigans, which is an *unknown quantity*. There's reason to suspect him for that, but it's not strong in the slightest. We could investigate and hit the jackpot, but if we're wrong we're putting another townie on the chopping block for no gain. He doesn't have a note, like Voe does. 3) Investigate Nodlied. He has a note. It's worth taking. However, I have reason to believe he's an important town role, so putting him on the block would be extra bad. We'd get a note, but we'd be putting a big target on someone important. He's done some fishy stuff, but has shaped up once CK was revealed. Maybe that was a bus on CK, but I wouldn't bet on it. Again, unknowns, and this time, possibly a big downside. Therefore, mathematically, Voe is the superior choice. The first makes me think this is the same plan I have for finding a Kira supporter, but the last one actually makes me think it's not... hmmmm.... This might factor into their suspicion factor for me, but again, unknowns...
  9. You really should start paying me if you're going to outsorce your logic to me That said, I'm working on it, but also I really do want to see what Chop's take on all this is too before I make any commits.
  10. That's the short version. The long version is your character, a UN agent, talking to a conspiracy nut terrorist (who turns out to be right, but still)
  11. To be clear, cause this is a mess, I don't rule out that KY did something fishy, but I'm pretty sure he didn't do what Jeod accuses him of.
  12. Well, we did talk about it, but I tried not to 100% commit to it in case I decided to change my mind so I technically wouldn't have been lying, because I don't like to lie
  13. I had the power to set how much, and I picked a small amount because that's all that was needed. KY started D5 with much more than I invested in, and that wouldn't fully explain his trust/suspicion being exactly 0-ed unless he had a power that required *all* his resources which sounds silly. I'd bet on something else happening.
  14. Nope. While I trust Voe, I didn't tell him anything I was planning just in case he's not the most careful individual with his words. He could have guessed I'd investigate ChopBam pretty reliably, but I'm 100% sure it's not him. He told me his ability, and as we all say, he doesn't know enough meta to fake who he is. The meeting with ChopBam did not commence until after night events.
  15. The above is if KY is telling the truth, btw. I'll admit, me noticing this is why I'm a bit more suspicious of him today than before, but it could be anything so I don't take it as hard evidence.
  16. I don't know if it was someone opposed to us/me, or if it was just someone trying to stop the investigation in general. I'd bank on the latter, but it's still concerning either way. Maybe regen kicked in *after* your points were messed with. Night time trickery, morning regen?
  17. I used my power of trust to investigate ChopBam. Maybe a waste (and maybe actually pretty dumb for me to meet with him before getting the result :v) but you and I weren't sure about him Voe, so I wanted to be extra sure. I'm now sure ChopBam is clean. I guess I did forget to elaborate, because I was hoping whoever did it would incriminate themselves, but that hasn't happened. I was role blocked last night. Maybe someone was hoping to stop me using investigation powers, but that went through anyway. What DID get blocked was my special normal ability, which lets me one shot give out trust for proposal at night. I was going to give FRAYDO 50 trust to get him out of the box because he was confirmed town, but my points got ate and there was no effect. I also noticed on the morning CVC that KY's points were not as they should be, so other freaky stuff none of us have picked up on went down last night.
  18. Oh, I *know* Voe is town, but I also know he's not *critical* town. Nod might be a critical power role for town. Kira might be waiting for him to be revealed and then kick things off with a bang by axing him. Kira could kick things off by axing Voe (I hope not), but the loss of Voe wouldn't be as damaging as the loss of Nod if Nod is a power role. That's why I want to again consult with ChopBam to see what he says about Nod.
  19. I'd really like a final consult with ChopBam before I make my decision. I am leaning towards taking Voe's note as it's a 'safe' option whereas others might have potential drawbacks. That said, I thought I had a pretty good idea who Nod was, but this talk of personal objectives is making me unsure.
  20. Voe, I think I know what their plan is, and it might be the same plan I came up with. That said, said plan has nothing to do with how we vote today, so it doesn't factor in here, but I do think they're going to be on to something very shortly. (And the problem with this plan is if you explain it, the target knows how to defend against it, which is why it's secret)
  21. Don't worry, I follow your logic that confiscating is good more so than anything, I just don't want to overdo it on Voe when he's still a valuable team vote in the future.
  22. That would make it 6 pm for me, when it's been 6 pm for me every time so far. Hmmmmm.....
  23. I'm fairly certain Voe is town, just doesn't quite play the standard way. He doesn't know enough meta to fake his claim.
