  1. Yea, but not in the first release. Kirovs are Battle lab tech, and that building is not going in yet.

  4. We DID think about some kind of sirene starting to alarm if enemies entered a building, but we havent discussed it.

Believe it they are not MCTs, the old MCT was separated into major weakpoints (-quicker from-interior destruction) and repair nodes (-quicker building repairs only, doesn't affect the weakpoints). BUT the major weakpoint doesn't share health with the building so you can't just blow it to red inside so the tanks outside can finish it. The building will still have full HP, even if the weakpoint only needs a fart on it to die and bring the whole building to death with it.

Just don't forget, if the Terror Drones are linked to the Radar, that means Nighthawks will be radar tech too, meaning each side on lowtech maps such as Dune Patrol and Blood Feud will only have 3 buyable vehicles INCLUDING Miners! But if you want Rhino/Grizzly tanks and IFVs/Flak Tracks the only buyable war vehicles on low tech maps then vote for that. Post is to show you the consequences and gameplay effect.
  9. No. You would hate to be Allied in any game. It's for the good of everyone and for the sake of balance. TBH building interiors and water/air are the only places where you can run away to from Terror Drones...
  10. No. Terror Drones can fuck off building interiors. Will ensure this by setting up vehicle blockers. They could kill all kinds of commando units and everything inside, which makes the soviet side overpowered in the interiors. And as you know interiors play a bigger role in the game than in Renegade, they are bigger, and we also have a new building system logic.   12. Heh, I just said that if there are 8-8 players per team, there is a simple way to stop Apocs. If teams are balanced, then a 9th and 10th Cleg would just come for that Flak Track and the next, so it would never end
  13. Haha, actually you are right, against 8 Apoc tanks, use 8 Chrono Legionnaries and you have won the battle
  14. Meh, if you want to beat Apocalypse Tanks, then only use the Fortress as damage taker. You should just use tactics against soviet firepower as you are allied god damnit.

  16. He looks so commie I guess that's only one flak trooper head, as there are supposed to be 2 or 3 versions, chosen randomly when the player buys it. Less clones on the battlefield. And where's the texture from the face? Where's your facegen program?
  17. Exactly, without teammates you won't kill a structure's major weakpoint alone by sticking charges of C4/Dynamites on it. Because you need more than the amount of charges of C4/Dynamites one infantry can carry at once! You won't see "OMG ONE SEAL IS INSIDE THE TESLA REACTOR WE ARE FUCKED!" Instead.. you will see more teamwork. Because one Navy SEAL can disable the T. Reactor and stay there, killing any techies while the rest of the Allied team rides past the powerless coils... or take teammates with you to the major weakpoint and take it out together <- teamwork needed again. The more teamwork a team has, the more chance to win they will have. No more one lucky Tanya fucking the whole game, you WILL need teamwork And yes Liten, someone logged on xfire while I was in the minor wp room.

  23. NONE of the destroyed/sold buildings in RA2 leave anything other than scorchmarks, in order to allow you to build at places where your buildings were previously destroyed. So we can't draw the inference relying on RA2 in this case. Also, who said you can't drill through roads if you can drill through the ground really deep? =P
  24. We don't create smoke just for the nubs. But the Refineries had some refining smoke/gas/whatever coming out of it in RA2, so that will appear here too.
