  1. Btw i don't mind Irish being wasted today, either. iLTS' original sus on him barely held together ("you mentioned Jeod now but not yesterday dammmm you so scummy omgggg"), but Irish response of "lol i think scum is dumb, i hope i don't offend you iLTS" was equally poop. Both him and iLTS are ehhh in my books, so I'm eager to see what comes out of iLTS' original case.

Yeah, that's what you should be willing to do as Town in these games as new information is made known.

We've had literally 0 new information today. Half the players aren't posting or voting, there were no claims today, no shootings, only an exchange of opinions. You are simultaneously the most stubborn and the most indecisive player around. You still believe we should shoot each other to reveal the spy, despite endless argumentation against it, but it takes 1 post from Cat5 for you to go from "no lynch is the only out" to "yeah i dont mind lynching irishman at all".

I don't take his neutral claim seriously at all all anymore nor his point of how he shouldn't be killed and such.

There will not be any Neutral or Third Party in this game, as this is largely a "back-to-basics" game, as a refresher for everyone who feels like CYOR has been a tad overplayed, and for me who doesn't feel comfortable going crazy with a game setup, considering I wasn't too happy with my previous outings.

Yeah, I don't buy it either.

    ##Vote No Lynch

I'm going to get this started early, assuming Nod have a Day Kill or someone dies to a Day Kill from GDI Tomorrow, this should give us a 2 player cushion instead of that being the game right there.

We're at 4:11 I assume, so Nod need 3 kills to tie the vote, so I'm not risking any lycnh today without near certainty of its results. Day Kills might prolong a tied game, but that's assuming GDI really has any good day kills left to use and they land.

I too considered no lynch today, but this will leave us with no additional info for tomorrow. The only new lead we'll get day 3 is the night 2 nk target if it goes through, but even then scum has the initiative to manipulate the NK to cause even more confusion. We'd go into Day 3 with the same setup as Day 2, but 1 fewer player.

I think it's possible, but I don't have much more than that. If a save was attempted by Nod, the person being saved would have to be iLTS, and Retaliation, TheIrishman, and Louis would be suspects for trying to make the save. Nobody voted for anyone other than Mojoman after the vote had been almost tied.

But in a case of a scum pile up, killing Orange thereafter would not make sense. We now know that Orange was town. It's a hindsight we wouldn't have if they NK'd anyone else.

I wonder about people who hadn't voted. Because if the train was instead a townwagon, scum wouldn't need to do anything. They could sit back and then kill Orange to expand the list of people implicated in voting off a townie. Which also kind of makes sorta sense, if i twist my brain hard enough.

@Voe regarding iLTS and the Day 1 votes, I do find that interesting. It's been a while since we've had a game where analyzing the votes and the order that they were placed in has been potentially useful, since all recent games did not have majority hammer. Usually the Day 1 vote is more spread out. It doesn't usually come down to so few players unless one of the ones at risk of being voted out is Mafia. iLTS is the only candidate for this, though outside of actions outside of his own control, I don't have a lot to suspect him directly.

I wasn't there in the 8 or so hours preceding the hammer, so all I saw was the end result without the progression. Chopper and myself on iLTS, you and someone else on Orange, and a landslide on Mojoman. If i remember your post from earlier correctly, you think Nod might have piled up on Mojoman to save iLTS?

  6. Jeod I think Jeod is a rifleman who doesn't care, so he claims superpowers to make himself look more important. IE classic Jeod.
ChopBam Gave me 0 wrong impressions.
iLikeToSnipe I said yesterday one of the Orange/Mojo/iLTS trio has to be scum. Now it's just him standing, and it feels so incredibly obvious to vote for him again today it almost feels like I'm being baited. Almost.
FRAYDO Epic memer too busy to post? I've seen a whole bunch of games where FRAYDO won as "inactive" scum.
Category 5 Hurricane 0 wrong impressions.
Voe My autobiography is not yet polished.

Retaliation 0 wrong impressions again, but Retal always sus.

Shade939 All over the place, either a confused townie or scum looking for an opening in the absence of easy leads.
TheIrishMan I literally don't know what I think about Irishman. I guess I don't think about him at all.
Anon_Kat I feel like he's trolling us. As in actively making an effort to be ambiguous.

Day 1 shooting and Day 2 triumph over Orange's body leave a bad aftertaste.

A fairly standard practice in open setups with a cop in them is for a Nod player to counterclaim the Cop. It does give you a 50/50 though, unless you have an exscuse for the counter claim.

You can counterclaim the cop regardless of the number of cops in the game. It doesn't require a set up. If one cop calls the other cop to be scum, one of them is lying and the number of cops in the match doesn't pay a role.

  8. 1 minute ago, Shade939 said:

There's only one cop on the role sheet?

There is no jumpjet on the rolesheet. Moreover, the rolesheet specifically describes the sane and the insane cop, omitting the naive and the paranoid. I think there's a chance for both sane and insane cops to be in the game. Especially if multiple chameleon's are around.

Sure is a shame that there's a built in counter for the Nod Spy unit in the form of them being incapable of getting anything other than one result with their day kill...

I don't mind that actually. It's shit for the spy, but if a spy goes around blasting his stuck weapon, the fault is on him. He can just refrain from shooting, as we all should this early in the game.

28 minutes ago, Category 5 Hurricane said:

You can't really play that game anyway because Spies are just likely to not shoot. Unless you want to turn that argument around and start rounding up the people who haven't shot and say the spy must be among them, which obviously they are.

This is the vibe I'm getting from Shade today. Not yesterday, though. Yesterday he was all about that ammo.

17 minutes ago, Category 5 Hurricane said:

You can combine cop results with the weapon usage as well. If a cop has a result on someone who has successfully fired, that person can't be a spy. That helps with them determining their own sanity.

Assuming Nod is 50% spy, this means they have 2 members who do not get stuck. Should the cop investigate those per your suggestion, he'll get very bamboozled.

    __

About the stuck percentage indicating suspicion, my excel sheet (albeit outdated) tells me that with 4 players including 2 Chem spies, Nod has a 250% chance of rolling a stuck among them. If we have 2 officers (cops), we roll at about 300%. In essence, if everyone fired, we should get 5-6 stuck results. Half of them would be Nod, the other half GDI. While it's true it's better than lynching at random, in the late stages of game, if you have literally nothing else to go on, a 50%-50% is a pretty poor ratio for a lynch.

I read it as either a joke or an incredibly brazen taunt at Orange. Given their interactions before, I could see it as an actual taunt. It's enough for me to justify a D2 lynch, need to investigate her more.

I find Louis' play melodramatic, both day 1 and 2. Is this normal for her?
