  1. The olden times... The times of Voe and Listen.
  2. Oh yeah, I forgot about that one game
  3. Maybe it's just our differences in experience, but the first thing that makes me think of is a delayed SK. Almost like an arson/SK combo.
  4. I've only played in a few of the games over the past few years. But the last one I know of with a cult was one I actually ran back in 2013 iirc.
  5. I am aware of many games, but not all. So why was that the first thing it made you think of?
  6. I'm still doing my second read of the D2 comments so I might have missed it... But why was "cult" the first thing you thought of with an infected knife?
  7. For real though, infected vs not infectious sounds like a delayed kill with maybe a chance to spread to people the victim visits. TP SK?
  8. Slashed and cut with a rusty butter knife.
  9. Ah, I had missed that or not gotten to it yet. I might be reading into it too much, but that would make me think that you are infected with something and cannot spread it.
  10. I'm haphazardly catching up on posts. Is Irish the roleblock?
  11. Can you clarify, did your night results say that it didn't look "infectious" or "infected"?
  12. Nope. Though I'm jealous if someone else is.
  13. Those are good points. Assuming Irish is town (or at least not mafia), then mafia might assume that visiting Irish gives a buff. So what if they role blocked Shade and then visited Irish themselves? Then a third party who infects and spreads that (or maybe only infects people the target visits) see Shade as a guaranteed visitor, so they try to infect Shade.
  14. Oh misread that, thought you said you were infected but not infectious.
  15. That makes me think that you were affected by whatever hit you but it cannot spread to others. Iirc infectious = you can spread it, infected = you have it.
  16. Maybe it was an imaginary knife? I can think of a lot of things besides a knife that could do that.
  17. Just skimming through posts, infection could very well be some kind of delayed kill.
  18. I've got nothing relevant to share. Getting caught up right now.
  19. Tried to get it to autoplay when opening, but I failed.
  20. I don't think I've heard of them before. I've just heard that explanation given before.
  21. Technically, Frankenstein's monster (The Monster) is seen as his son. So, his last name would still be Frankenstein.
  22. I think that applies to you at least just as much...
