I reinstalled the launcher again. It updated to 7.3.1 automatically, and it didn't load back again. So yeah, I think this is the file you mean. Mind you, a couple of parts of it are in Spanish; "método no encontrado" means "method not found" (or however it is originally called in the English version) and 'en' obviously means 'in'. errors.log

Windows 8. The launcher has worked just fine yesterday, until the update just a few minutes, and now the program won't even load. I checked it over in the Event Viewer and it is listed as an application error, with the faulting module path being system32\KERNELBASE.dll. I don't know much about this sort of stuff, so I guess I'll just have to reinstall.

My launcher is not launching now.

My bet is, the scrambled image is a tiberium lifeform--a fiend, probably a floater.

A more detailed model of the Missile Silo, with bigger interiors and more corridors, was in the works a long time ago (http://www.moddb.com/games/red-alert-a-path-beyond/images/missile-silo-interior), along with a larger, more complex War Factory. But neither model was ultimately finished, I believe.
