    So Irish claims to have already learned a Tier 2 force action, which costs 30 FP, leaving him with an additional 10 FP skill that isn't ##Learn. Did anyone else start the game with two different Tier 1 force actions?

    Good morning lads! Allow me to get started here with some fair and balanced news. Sweet. I used two actions last night: ##Learn and one other action that I won't mention yet. Both cost 10 points. I can say that it appears my second action had no effect. I can confirm that if the sender of a holo-pad has Charisma that they don't need to wait for acceptance. I don't want to spoil my skills--element of surprise in duels and all. But, I'm trying to wrap my head around TheIrishMan and Shade939's little spat. Irish said he was Intelligence, but later claimed to be Constitution in line with Shade939. As far as I can tell it isn't possible to change your Knowledge Focus, only your Combat Focus.

    Got a new desktop and the launcher stalls at 'downloading manifests'. I wonder if it has to do with separate hard drives? I installed the launcher to my 1TB D:\ drive, but the ProgramData folder etc is on the C:\ drive (a SSD).

    I feel pretty good about the duel mechanics. I'm satisfied to move on. Unless @Category 5 Hurricane would like to have the shining finger sparring match of the century.

    RS is +0 with +30 stamina. Voe's FM is a +1 with ##disarming slash Voe's Strength is 1*Roll. As Retaliation has 0 Defense, Voe needs his Attack outcome to be 42 or greater to win. The max dice roll is 10, which makes the formula (0+10+10) [0+(1*10)+(1*10)]. So, the max attack Voe can do this turn is 20. Assuming Voe also has a FC action, which is currently unknown, he could do more damage. Am I close?

    I don't believe it's possible for us to become Sith with the dark side powers. Instead, I believe that bit of info to be referring to the force balance. My reason for this is that I requested a "Gray" role with the possibility of becoming a Sith if I make the wrong choices, yet with goals that would keep me from being too "Jedi". I was told by Verti60 that I couldn't do that kind of role.

    That's one of my few motivations behind wanting a challenge.

    Ah, but has Verti even told us if a successful challenge even counts as an early hammer? It could be that a challenge simply overrides the champ vs sith duel.
