damage against infantry is pretty good, 2-3 bodyshots and 1 headshot to kill 1000$ character.

to steal 30% health enemy tank of course. but first Nod must be smart enough to kill ejected driver. in most of cases ejected hotwire just repairing it for 20 long seconds and none from random sbh notice lol
