  1. Also Jeod if you send me to the wall, your reign as King is pretty much over. My House power is that I CANNOT be converted (House Tully), so the fact that I'm loyalist is your strongest bulwark against the rebels. If you eliminate me, you WILL be outnumbered tomorrow.
  2. I hope to gain knowledge of a certain person's house and gain a unique action, as well as extra assurances on my land because there's one more person to trade troops with (because you're king we can already swap troops with the royal army so it's redundant if we ally).
  3. It's two separate scales. Levelheaded was more of a remark about not being hasty. IE You've done things such as consider the realm's disparate religion before selecting a national religion and also taking a poll on the project before constructing one rather than just picking. However, you're still capable of making mistakes, such as going after rubeci. And what I'm doing is putting together the puzzle and solving for the correct answer. I'm trying to help you which is why it's so frustrating when things go off the rails
  4. But you can't claim the rebel agenda is "stopping the king from being a bonehead".
  5. All I've been doing is providing valuable information. That and say rubeci was NOT a rebel. And guess what, he WASN'T. Sure, he was an indie, but technically speaking, I WAS RIGHT.
  6. I'd think my valuable contributions to discussion should be more than enough to give me a pass, however.
  7. Another mafia truism is that good town (royalist) shouldn't care about their own appearance. I was trusting you to keep a level head, as you seemed to be doing a better job of that than usual.
  8. We can already share resources (troops) and you're an open book. Alliancing someone else gives me info on someone else.
  9. AtE is one of the lowest forms of argument. In a game like this, that's true for more reasons than usual.
  10. Well, it's after lunch, and my opinion hasn't changed. ##vote Shade
  11. I've been pretty consistently calling people royalist and rebel
  12. I mean, I have her as null I don't know if he can ally or not, but I'd say greater than 50% chance that he can, if not at present time, some time in the future. As for the rest, that's general mafia theory, don't take it up with me, take it up with everyone.
  13. She's been putting forth a lot of effort and generally has been being helpful. The most important part of such a read is as always "asking good questions". I'd actually read Louis higher for the same reason, really, if she wasn't so aggro on me probably.
  14. TBH he still might be able to ally. But really, I don't think there's anything we can do about him at this juncture, so he's just a distraction. One mafia truism is that finding mafia comes before finding 3p, unless it's a cult, and guess who has the cult like mechanics, rebels
  15. Of course. I probably could go ahead and vote for him, though I'm generally pretty judicious with my vote. I might after lunch here in an hour or so to see if I have any more thoughts fueled by caffeine.
  16. Ranked order. Loyalist Jeod Sunflower Null (Loyalist) (This category is almost all tied really rather than ranked) PrettyReckless (Needs to do more, seriously) Irish Voe Louis Rebel Retal Shade
  17. Which is actually a pretty good long term strategy for playing scum if he's doing it on purpose
  18. A brief history of Shade: 1) Act so scummy you get lynched, a lot. 2) Actually turn out to be town, just crazy. 3) Never learn from your mistakes and keep acting this way. 4) People get tired of it and stop just lynching you. 5) Sometimes now actually be scum for real.
  19. His last few posts yesterday seemed genuine and had good tone, but eh, intellectually I don't want to be swayed by that.
  20. Didn't Jeod defend Shade yesterday? That might be why, see him as an unlikely target to get investigated. Also, while Shade is generally seen as scummy, he has a way of avoiding the axe.
  21. I do suspect Shade. I don't think he was rebel yesterday, but he may have been the conversion target. His posting today (this phase) has been... poor. He's been too focused on rubeci, and while it's true things with rubeci might not be great, Shade could be using it as a distraction from the rebels, and rubeci has some good points against Shade. I still suspect Retal, but maybe a little less than yesterday.
  22. Knowing that conversion is automatic is one piece of the puzzle. Having pieces of the puzzle means shade can't craft wild theories and derail us from more productive lines of thought. It keeps us on topic.
