Shade, you've starting to lean a bit too hard on math. You can't mathematically solve this game.

If the vote today were to turn out close, it might be worthwhile keeping the result of the lynch in mind, especially if Mojoman were to turn up Mafia. The lynch result can be used as part of a case on others especially when early hammer is in effect. However, it's strongly situational, and can mislead as often as not. It generally should not be the leading part of a case. That said, what else would anyone case on during Day 1?

Especially since he got fired at by iLTS because he said he was going to shoot iLTS. Never did for some reason.

I was talking about a theoretical situation where you and Shade were both scum and pulling a gambit with your shot. A situation that was only possible if you guys misread your role. I'm not seriously making that case. Also I don't have an opinion on your alignment right now.

That idea might pass muster, but wouldn't Louis firing on Shade actually make her more suspicious when her shot jams? She'd statistically be more likely scum than not. Not sure that would be worth the potential to distance Louis from Shade, especially when that whole idea would be tossed when Louis gets lynched.

I thought you've been suggesting that a listed role was changed.

Maybe you are new to this setup, but in previous games the idea that there would be roles that were not listed was a given. That's not a change.

Do you have evidence that something was changed?

And I'll add that in previous games in this format, the spy has been used as a vanilla scum, and there has always been at least one.

That role list was identical to VERTi60s setup, as best as I can remember. The easiest way for KY to rebalance the game would be to change which roles were in the game, not change how existing roles work.

In either case of a 3-player or 4-player scum team, a Day 1 no-lynch wouldn't give us an extra phase. In worst-case scenario, lynching wrong every time and always getting killed, game would end on a Day 4 mislynch with 3 scum, or a Day 3 mislynch with 4 scum. No lynching would make the game technically end during night phase, depending on scum successfully killing. As it's usually preferable for the game to end on a lynch rather than on night action gambles, there isn't as much of an argument for nolynch as there normally would be.

Louis attempted to shoot Shade - Missed Orange attempted to shoot Mojoman - Missed iLTS attemped to shoot Mojoman - Missed Roleclaims from Orange, Mojoman, iLTS. Because Nod Spies will always fail a daykill attempt with "Stuck" (weapon jammed), none of the people who fired can be that role.

Attempted daykills tend to make people talk real fast.

He doesn't even have HoI4. Think it's mostly Darkest Hour for him (effectively HoI2). Also I saw him playing Operation Flashpoint (aka Arma: Cold War Assault) while I was modding my own copy of it.

Who plays new games? Orange and I spend our time playing games at least 15 years old.
