Einstein Posted September 1, 2015 Report Share Posted September 1, 2015 Different types of traffic may be throttled individually, even by specific DNS or IP addresses. Lots of corporate entities do this to conserve bandwidth but even some ISPs do it as well. Around here, video traffic is usually throttled some but everything else seems to be at full speed.
