Okay, well I took my sweet time with capturing the entire Nod base, and eventually the ion storm did come back. So I guess that answers that.

Huh, so I was playing Weather the Storm on hard difficulty, and dealing with all that horrible artillery the hard way. I slowly made my way across the map, captured that one stealth generator up on the northern hill, and I was about to try to attack the main Nod base when all the sudden...the ion storm ended. I don't remember, is this supposed to happen? Does the ion storm resume again? Or could I have just sat in my base, waited out the storm, and then used Orca Bombers to pound those Nod fools into dust?

I don't know anything about computers so I can't recommend you anything. But I do have a suggestion as to what to do with your old one. Try to salvage any components that might still be usable...and then RUN OVER IT WITH A TANK.

So I was watching some videos of TS multiplayer a while ago, and it seems like everyone plays vanilla TS rather than Firestorm? Any reason for that?

Does the Mk2 still hover? And (if it hasn't been done already) maybe make the Orca Carryall bigger and fly slower, so it doesn't look like this tiny little plane carrying a giant mech around at warp speed?

If you're doing limited ammo on vehicles...are tanks going to be more like real tanks and have ~40 rounds of ammo, shoot slower, and do more damage per shot? Or will it be more like APB tanks that fire like machine guns and have much more ammo?
Also, if tanks only have a limited number of shells to throw out, doesn't that make the game favor defense much more...since engineers can repair endlessly?

I'm pretty sure that for any real-life tank, you'd only ever want to have gun, because you need the accuracy when shooting at other tanks and stuff. This is even a problem in APB where you have to adjust your aim between the two shots when you're in a heavy or Mammoth tank, but in a Medium tank you can just hold the gun steady in place. Whereas when you're a big cruiser or battleship, you're shooting at other big cruisers or battleships, so having multiple guns on each turret makes more sense.
As for missiles, I don't think there'a any real-life situation where'd you want to use guided missiles against infantry (missiles are expensive and I don't think there's any homing mechanism to target people), especially when you can just fire HE shells. So that just leaves the anti-aircraft function...I think there's some tanks that can fire AA missiles out of their main guns, but I don't know how common that is. AA weapons are kinda delicate and fragile, so you probably want them mounted on separate vehicles rather than on main battle tanks (just like in real life!).
And lastly, once your tank gets to a certain size, there's just no way you can put enough armor on it to protect the whole thing. And your enemy will just build a bigger anti-tank missile.

Might've posted this somewhere before, but is it possible to hold the aim steady with the Titan? Or is that something that isn't fixable?
