Isn't that kind of a moot point when tanks can't hurt infantry much to begin with? Or are you departing from that particular C&C "rule"?

I think if you click through, the old Renegade menu would be better also. You'd generally remember where the buttons are on the screen, as opposed to the sidebar where it would be *click click click* or *scroll scroll scroll* then *make sure it's the right one* before purchasing. Also, fewer total clicks.

Does anyone actually think the old Renegade menu was better? Seems more convenient if you just know you can press E, 5, then 6 to get your Engineer, Medium tank, or whatever, instead of arrow, arrow, arrow, *takes a second to make sure it's the right one* then 4 to do the same.

Is getting ships stuck in the naval yard spawn coming back?

Will the Obelisk laser do that short split-second zap like in TD and TS, or will it be a more sustained beam like in C&C3...assuming the latter is possible to implement?

Oh yeah, will this mod be sticking to in-game units only or will cutscene units be added as well?
Also I'm assuming the artillery and MLRS will actually be able to function as siege units, unlike in TD?

Hmm, anyone want to see Ivory Wastelands remade? Or how about some of those .9935 maps that we had on the retro server that one time...would any of those fit with the current gameplay?

I think I've also heard some of the infantry death sounds from TD in various places...like here. Though it does make me wonder if these actually originated with C&C or if Westwood picked some stock sound effect from elsewhere.

Just a minor suggestion...can we add Journey to the track list for Hostile Waters? Used to be this played on Shallow Grave, which was an snowy/icy naval map...and since it's not coming back anytime soon why not put its music into Hostile Waters for a bit of nostalgia?

I'm driving my demo truck down the road, and I happen to accidentally drive into the van. The nuke doesn't go off, but the masked men see the bomb and run off. I have been knocked unconscious from the crash, and the bomb starts to beep its countdown...
Oh yeah, and Killing_You is still unconscious as well.

I think the engine exhaust trails on the Mig are too long...maybe cut it down by a third or a half?
