4. I didn't lie, honestly. Machop was the Pokemon I had readied at the time, and Machop also happens to be my favorite Pokemon. I tend to roll Fire/Fighting. Now, it's true that I've had a Pokemon in training in the background for pretty much this whole time, but it's mostly due to the fact that I didn't want it outed before I was ready unleash it. An "ace in the hole," if you will. And there's no point hiding it since I'm down to my last Pokemon and will likely get put in the ring anyway: it's a Kadabra. And yeah, I've been rather quiet mostly because I didn't want to attract too much attention before it was ready. The idea that there are 2 scum left (i.e., started with 3) is interesting. Normally it would be completely unfair, but giventhe setup and how tough it is to take someone out anyway, it may be possible. Question is, who? -FRAYDO is the most clear town in my opinion. His cop claim didn't seem fishy at all, combined with his doctor ability. The only scenario I can see him being scum is if he was partnered with Sunflower, which poses a MAJOR balance problem if true. It would also pose a huge contradiction. Speaking of which: -Sunflower had one of her Pokemon NK'ed. No way scum would fake a nightkill at this point in the game. So unless there's a bus driver (which I doubt), there's no way. -Gonna have to reread Irish's interactions a bit, but Shade seemed pretty eager to help Orange keep him down. This leaves Cat5 and Orange as the two remaining possibilities. I'm a little uncertain on Cat5, especially since he seems ready to push on Orange rather heavily. Orange, however, had defended Shade quite a bit on a few occasions and even dodged a few questions from time to time, so he's the most likely candidate. If there's one more scum, then there's a false contradiction at some point. I'm also thinking that the last scum is a godfather, or in the case of two remaining scum rather than one, one of them is a godfather. ##rocket OrangeP47 Alright, I'm off for now. I've got a birthday party before D&D tomorrow, so if I'm voted for the fight, be prepared for a delay.

Seems like a good plan. ##trainer Sunflower I wanted to make a larger post, but the possibility of a godfather is making me reevaluate my positions.

I may have erred a few times in this battle.
-
Well, shit. Please be gentle.
-
Okay, what universe have I entered where the BUG TYPE is kicking everyone's asses?
-
This entire time, I thought you were trying to use "Bide" rather than "Bind" and was really confused.

Growl at Lapras!

Oh this is going to hurt... RAGE!

It can be a bit tough to line up a shot on infantry with the Yak, but if you do, that infantry will be lucky if they survive. A good pilot is already a presence on the battlefield; the Yak doesn't need any additional help.

Well, that's a development. I was beginning to wonder if having powerhouse Pokemon was somehow connected to being Team Rocket. It was a weak case, sure, but it was all I had. On top of Orange's odd insistence that there were no special night actions... *sigh* now I'm going to have to throw all of that out of the window and start from scratch. For the record, I believe FRAYDO's cop claim. There's no way he'd come out and clear the two biggest scum reads we have. The only reason he'd do that, I think, is if one of the suspected was his scummate. I'm not sure how much stock I'd put into that right now.
-
I agree.

That's... actually an interesting point. After all, back in Star Wars, there was a way to eliminate players outside of duels (namely, Bounty Hunters). So, Orange, how certain are you really that no such actions exist?
-
Anyone else concerned about the piling up of bandwagon votes, as well as the whole rivals thing possibly being a distraction? Granted, it's rather difficult for me to scumread (pretty much everything I can see is stuff that's been pointed out, which is kind of due to the nature of a duel based Mafia), but somehow this feels off.

Welp, there goes my main. Trying to take down something with twice my HP is tough, it seems.
-
Jeez he's tough. LEER!
-
Well that was slightly disappointing. KARATE CHOP!
-
Go for the LOW KICK!
-
Welp, time to go Mr Miyagi on you. KARATE CHOP!
-
Sure, why not?

Actually, my GM's on vacation this weekend, so barring some grocery shopping I'm free all day today. If we play, it'll be tomorrow during the Rest Phase. Regarding Snorlax, I might have a Pokemon that can handle that. I'll have to double check before we move in that direction though, because I don't want to say one thing and get my ass kicked.

I'd honestly rather see someone teach Irish a lesson, but if Orange wants to fight me I won't say no ? ##trainer OrangeP47 ##rocket Killing_You
-
Actually, no. Not telling you my primary, though.
-
I was wondering who it was that was watching me. Out of curiosity, who did you see?

Even if I had an alternative to propose, there's not enough time for me to reasonably argue it. Might as well reinforce, I suppose. ##trainer Sunflower ##rocket TheIrishMan
