If you really want to entertain the idea Shade, I could very well have been looking at forged IDs. My PM reads that Team Rocket is to take over Silph Co. either through defeating all the Trainers in battle or through sneaky tactics, and if we really want to consider it - fake Trainer ideas could fall into sneaky tactics. However, I don't think we're looking at that here. If you want something of a counter to this, investigating costs me two Pokécoins. When I had lost to Sunflower and had the one coin, I trained my new primary. The rest of the nights have been me spending my two Pokécoins, leaving me no coins to train with or teach my Pokémon new moves, so yeah for a counter you can absolutely floor me right now in battle.

Now just a minute. I am going to disagree with that, and for good reason. I have investigated both of them, including myself to check sanity, and they are both Trainers. Whatever Rocket lead we thought we had, Irishman and Orange are not them. These two powerhouses are now our best assets in Pokémon battles, not including Sunflower. Considering the fact that today is a double battle day, we have our Trainer selections here. Irish and Orange should not face each other from this point on. The remaining five: myself, Shade, Sunflower, Killing You, and Category5. Our Rockets are there somewhere. To think it would be Category5 and Killing You would be -too- easy, but then these are the two currently who are eager to bring a loss to Orange and/or Irish and possibly remove a Pokémon they perceive as a threat.

If that's what you want, go for it. I'm actually going to cross Irish off of my Rocket suspect list, and he has a rivalry to settle with you. While I'm unsure if this rivalry business will divide Town for trivial gain, tomorrow I am more than likely voting Irish as Trainer and you as Rocket, Shade. Also I'm fine with the battle system and the items. I'm sure the loser's items are not as beneficial as the winner's, but at least it's something to even the playing field and get back on track. The winner gets that sweet bonus prize too, whatever that may be.

Good reasoning, I would agree. With that Snorlax, he could also be our best Trainer to sic onto our Rocket suspects. In any case, I don't think Irish will keep Snorlax as his primary since today sounded like everyone was gunning for him. Somewhere in there is one of our scum looking to remove a threat to them. Or perhaps even a scum teammate looking to protect Irish? If Orange and Irish are indeed a team, then it's good luck on their part that Orange was able to defeat the necessary fighting-type Pokémon that could have countered Snorlax. Going further on the Orange/Irish narrative, this excerpt here ties them closer together. Whereas everyone was concerned about how to bring down the Snorlax, it seems we have Orange here looking to buy Irish some time. Conversely, Orange is right that our evolved Pokémon would fare better against Snorlax as we progress through the game. However, giving Irish that time could lead to trouble. (cue Team Rocket motto) It's something to go off of, and our best lead thus far. It's a question then to see what tomorrow looks like and who should our Rocket nomination be between those two.

I'm okay with keeping the 48 hour discussion phase. We just all reached an agreement rather quickly, is all.

Sir_Kane has come aboard the scripts team, having done development back in the day and being on the scene for some time now. Working with the team, he is looking to do things for APB such as allowing LSTs to carry vehicles! Since pushing our job posting for hobby programmers to join us, we have had quite a number of responses! Damoch joins our scripts.dll dev team, offering the right amount of enthusiasm and interest in learning that we seek in our applicants. Very soon after, we received another email application from Dghelneshi. This man has the skills for sure, and jonwil was all too eager to hire him onto the scripts and programming team. The programming list goes on! Mad Ivan joins our team, bringing with him considerable experience with over 4 years programming games professionally. Combined with his extensive education, Mad Ivan more than exceeds our qualifications and we're all too happy to have him aboard! Fun fact: He and Eggman891 know each irl and at work. Scorpio9a will be joining us as well! He wrote RenegadeEx and various other network patches for older C&C titles to help them run on modern OSs and will be having a play at our code. In his oldbie search, Coolrock brought along TheKGBSpy, who had previously worked on his own Renegade-to-RA2 project; Red Alert 2: Vengeance and has also done work Tiberian Sun: Reborn. He will be joining the scripts team and may become a contributor in the future as well. Lastly on the latest scripts hires, Nexiuz will join the team!
