  1. Jeod is right that I've been busy with work. I even had a wedding far away last night (a Monday). It was during dinner that I made my post and I saw KY had replied after I pressed submit. I was out of time at that point and needed to jump into photographing the toasts. I do have a night action that could be good or bad for town, depending on how I use it. I'd rather try my day action first, as that is much lower risk and done in full disclosure. I had more to write here but I erased it as I don't want to tell scum too much. But what I will say is this: if we agree on a target, I can likely save us some effort. Voe seems the most probable candidate. I'll do more analyzation later. Right now I'm still on my phone and I just woke up after getting in late last night.
  2. I think Jeod's right about Cat5 protecting Alstar. I also agree with him that Alstar is town for now. The best scenario right now is to find and kill the singular 3rd party member, assuming it exists and it exists with one member. If we take care of that, we're back down to one kill per night instead of two. I don't know if Voe is that third party member, but I am afraid of stahp-whatever again. Should we risk killing him?
  3. Based on the wording of FRAYDO's death, I suspect a third party is at play. This is usually the case in games so large. Allies meanwhile went for the gullet. Let's follow, use, and continue Cat5's work up till this point since we now actually know with 100% certainty that he's not scum. He was going to target Mojoman to find a possible scum team so let's do that. ##vote Mojoman
  4. Really? What about this post? When I flip Soviet, will you eat these words or try to cover them up? Why would I call attention to myself like that if I were mafia? No, I am scumbaiting, and you + KY are among the first to jump straight into it.
  5. You got a problem with that, fardo? Sometimes I am just not available to analyze everything and type out a huge thing. Especially on weekends.
  6. ##unvote ##vote Alstar I am following the above narrative and it makes sense to me.
  7. True, Orange, although the other extreme can apply, where so many possibilities are presented that it becomes confusing. And scum thrive on confusion.
  8. I just attach the images to a post.
  9. I can't view full size versions of those, even though I want to.
  10. Are you suggesting I'm an Allied Thief? Perhaps one of my favorite units to play in APB The Game™, but never here!
  11. *Reads into this as a scumtell.* What? Day 0 is never too early to start.
  12. Departures from gameplay are fine if they're fun. As I've stated before, if a map is very large with high visibility, unidirectional routes into the base, and slow units to boot, you're gonna have complaints. Now if the bases were moved right up to the icebergs, things might get interesting. It would take less time to reach the enemy, resulting in much less wasted time traveling. Visibility would be blocked by the bergs, so sneak attacks would become more viable. And players could reach the base from several narrow sides rather than one really broad side. With Fissure, people either love it or hate it. Players good at infantry combat tend to enjoy it more than players who merely die a lot. Core strategy and sneaking still exists, just with infantry only. I suppose some folks just want to drive a tank and not die so much.
  13. This game ended last year. Try signing up for the game where signups are currently open.
  14. There is now a lot less of this monotony, actually, since jonwil and saberhawk brought us tools that can automatically lightsolve and export all maps with one batch file execution.
  15. Woot! Sign me up! I'm signed up! Keep in mind on Aug 1 I'm traveling to Europe for over a week but the game should be over by then and if it's not, I should have internet access, but just warning in advance.
  16. You're welcome to make a donation to help keep the website going. Just keep in mind the developers still and will always do this for free. In fact, some of those developers even make donations!
  17. To add to this, none of us get paid to do this. We work for free, spending many countless hours and days of our lives working on projects to bring players like you as much fun as we can. And I say again, for free.
