Yes, the matter of you giving me a gun so I can shoot Shade with it.

If I recall correctely what I read, didn't the last game have some mechanic where every town player had a gun with only a 25% chance to kill it's target only if they were town?

Unauthorized discharge of arms is forbidden and subject to commissar discipline as outlined in the Imperial Infantryman's Uplifting Primer, chapter 1: Principles and Regulations, section: 3 Training and protecting the Emperor's Armies, page 689.

I believe it was that every "vanilla" role had a gun that could only kill other "vanilla" roles. There were other roles that had weapons that did not have that restriction.

Day 1battlefleet_gothic_armada_2_reveal_trail

You all awake to the fires of betrayal. Mutiny has broken out amongst the fleet interrupting space and planetside operations. Any doubts as to what is responsible are put to rest when they begin desecrating the chapels to the God-Emperor, daemons begin prowling the halls of once proud ships, and scrap-code is broadcast on all frequencies.

Magos P-47 has been hard at work reconstructing the events in an attempt to uncover the ringleaders. It’s soon apparent that only a select few individuals had the authority to plan out an uprising of this magnitude. The magos is killed when a riot breaks out, so it is to you to find the traitors in your midst or deliver a crushing blow to the Imperium of Man.

Standard mafia rules apply. Days last 48 hours while nights last 24. Phases change over at 6 PM EDT or 10 PM UTC. During the day players vote to lynch a player via ##lynch (example ##lynch FRAYDO). Player with the highest vote total at the end of phase ("Hammer") is killed and relevant information revealed. Players may also have day actions as outlined in their role pm. During the night Chaos makes their move and town can use their own roles to find or thwart their actions.

Players Votes
Blujet No Vote
Cat5 No Vote
FRAYDO No Vote
Irishman No Vote
iLikeToSnipe No Vote
Jeod No Vote
Killing You No Vote
Nodlied No Vote
Shade No Vote

Wow, slow start.

A random thought of mine is that one of the classified players is Scum or TP (but I'm not sure there is TP considering he didn't mention anything about other goals like most mods normally do), simply due to Retaliation not wanting people to automatically assume that classified is Town, so I think he added FRAYDO to classified afterwards to balance things. This also makes me think Jeod is more likely Town. Although it could be visa versa, I don't see it as it'd be too attention grabbing.

I'll change my avatar tomorrow or something, too tired right now.

I'm classified because my race, though I'm technically not a part of the politics and alignment surrounding it, could potentially be considered chaos. FRAYDO, on the other hand, specifically asked to be kept classified. I don't think that tells us anything about alignment.

Oh, I didn't pay attention apparently. Well then, nvm my logic...I'm probably going to sleep for now.

Correct. That does narrow down your options, heretic. But keep guessing.

Does anyone care to explain the presence of a Xenos in  a meeting between loyal servants of the Emperor to discuss the traitors among us?

Is that so? What kind of filthy kind are you then? A selfish prick? A gramatically incompetent cucumber? A blue communist? A zombie robot space Egyptian? Or are you a spacebug?

Explain thineself and state your objective.

Ah, I see the Forces of Chaos are already looking to point the finger.

Well, this loyal guardsman has a lasgun pointed at you. What are you doing here?

Looking for the “Dark Apostle Vertigo” to add to my collection. I chose my race expecting to be a third party, but Retaliation saw fit to give me a town alignment. I suppose that’s because my goals align with that of Men.

Mostly for curiosities sake, but since you already claimed to be a guardsman, mind specifying the flavor?

I am the commander of a regiment from a mostly uninteresting planet besides the fact that there are far more volunteers for the Emperor than usual.

Revealing that you have a dayshot isn’t exactly what I’d call strategy, by the way. You could be more subtle.

Given our latest policy of nolynching on D1 I expect to be using this either way today.
