He did, it's to help balance things out so it's easier for scum to find the Silo or TP role.

I'm still confident in claiming the most balanced Scum team is a Sniper/Engineer combo.

I think this is a GM slip that means Louis and Shade are definitely not silos or radar domes.

 

Why roll on a 100% stuck chance?
