And I like my cell shading to be optional as I'd prefer the realistic look I want to see Ra2 up close, how it would look if it really happened not even more cartoon like when It's already got enough, and if other people do want it that way then I want them to be able to. Thats why I think it should be optional if possible.

I think the techie should be able to repair buildings at a slow rate but not vehicles, that should be Engineer only.

Ok, here is my idea for this. The buildings have small Turrets which act like the RA2 shooting that you can enter and are tied to the building health. Or if you want to use the normal firing of your weapon you can stand at the window but you can be killed like normal. Also how about a place on the outside of the building for Tanya, Seals and Ivan to blow it up?

or you could give the turrets some sort of IFV like script.

Maybe the Tesla tank should fire through walls, maybe the walls can be given an effect that only appears the lighting is going over. About the V2 mutant rockets, I hope no team hampering noobs try to kill it on you

Hmm well not sure about that verison, but I know that some versions of vista use .wma to play sounds instead of .wavs, this stopped me from directly recording sound and it may be why you are unable to record sound.

So for the Tesla tank arc, are the the walls going to be high and the tesla tank has a secondary fire like ^, or something? Otherwise I don't get it
