Isaac The Madd
I can not View any of the scripts in the drop down menu for scripts. I tried to run in compatibility mode for earlier versions of windows and in administrator mode neither of these had any effect.
dblaney1
Reinstall scripts 4.2 to your renegade folder. This is a registry issue, not a windows 10 issue.
moonsense715
Reinstall scripts 4.2 to your renegade folder. This is a registry issue, not a windows 10 issue.I think he is using scripts 5.0 for TSR/APB.
danpaul88
Use LE_path.exe to setup the registry Gubbins
GeneralCamo
Scripts 5.0 is not used for the current release version of TSR, so that isn't an issue.
bro888
Red Alert A Path Beyond Delta for me is very slow I don't know why it's like a low fps drop and at the same time it's not a low fps drop but I can play tiberian sun reborn just fine.
Einstein
@bro888 Did you mean to make a new thread and accidentally post here instead?
Isaac The Madd
Use LE_path.exe to setup the registry That is required to get it to work with APB/TSR presets, so that has already been done.
danpaul88
I think it's also meant to make sure the scripts are setup and linked properly too via some voodoo witchcraft with the registry
Einstein
voodoo witchcraft with the registry Voodoo & witchcraft, coming to a registry near you! /kidding Please let us know if that solves the issue!
Isaac The Madd
Well since that had already been done tried doing it again with compatible mode on LEpath and the and absolutely nothing changed. Here is a quick screenshot of the problem.
danpaul88
Are you actually using the tsr SDK from https://gitlab.com/w3dhub/tiberian-sun-reborn-sdk ?
Isaac The Madd
No, but I will try that to see if it makes a difference. ;Edit it does not make a difference. Edited February 3, 2016 by Isaac The Madd
Isaac The Madd
Does anyone know how to fix this?
ChopBam
Do you have the pertinent scripts files in your LevelEdit directory? The linking never worked for me so I always kept a copy with my LE exe.
Isaac The Madd
No, I don't think I do. Where can I get these?
ChopBam
What game are you trying to get it working for? Make sure you are using the appropriate SDK/LevelEdit for the appropriate game. If you're trying to get it working for APB, note that the SDK hasn't been released yet. Meanwhile you can copy the dll files from the base game folder to your LevelEdit folder and see if it works (provided you're using the appropriate LE for its matching game).
Isaac The Madd
I am trying to use the TSR sdk with TSR, but no matter what the scripts dropdown box, and the smaller one below it for properties, always appear blank.
Isaac The Madd
The problem is not that it does not have the script files the problem is that it is not reading them.
