After noting he was still voting me when he had ample opportunity to change it.  Are you aware of how time functions Shade?

Like if he'd had come back and been like "yeah, whoops my bad" I'd probably have considered backing down but no he doubled down so I didn't.

That reminds me I saved these dice rolls so we could laugh about them at game end.

  Hit Rolls/\Counter Wound Rolls/\Counter Armor Save/\Counter Result
Jeod vs Shade ??? ??? ??? 1 Success
Orange vs Cat5 5,2,1 5 1 1 Success
Mojo vs Cat5 5,2,2/\3 3/\3 5/\- No Successes
Shade vs Jeod 3 4 1 1 Success
Jeodude vs Shade 5,5,3,1 6,4 -,- 2 Successes

Everyone except Orange hit on a 3 or better

Pretty much everyone wounded on a 3 or better

No one made a successful armor save.

I mean if Shade was right that I had a 1/3 success chance than 1/3 is the expected outcome for shooting Cat 5, but I don't know his stats.

Did Category 5 cast the first vote on Mojoman?

He was third, I think. I went first, but there was general agreement from 4 people before I switched my vote and it seemed like a good consensus at the time and you were off in your own little world not paying attention.

No. You had two other players supporting that vote at most.

I could half way test out the mafia-esque format I've brought up before for a simple Star Trek Away Team game.

Throw in a couple of one-shot abilities I could add in while preserving the base balance.

Main difference will be everyone can vote on/propose an away team during the day phase. Highest voted team is selected at hammer time, if a player propose a team then they automatically also vote for their own proposal.
