aktually i believe if you look at the history of the cnc franchise red alert was supposed to be a prequel to cnc and so the soviets have always been in tib timeline games

Yeah I looked and couldn't find them either, so it's probably some n00b from the staff section (like me who's been spamming the test section with a problem that's probably like 99% my computer doing a dumb after upgrading to windows 10  )
