These animations will NOT be comming back. They would still prevent fall damage and that is something that can't be fixed. So stop asking about it.

The version of Renegade that is available on Origin as part of "The Ultimate Collection" works fine on modern systems. So they would just need to make that a "give-away" or something.

Forget the Visual C++ runtime, my analysis of the crashdumps suggests it looks fine. The best thing to try is to go to the launcher, click the little icon above where it says "release" and then click the "repair" button. That will make sure your installation is correct with no corrupt or missing files.

Please tell me you guys are using Scripts 4.2 Update 4 for this...

No respect for you. You could've at least sold it. I had to pack all my stuff fast and didn't have time to sell anything like that (it was hard enough getting rid of all the furniture that was too big to keep/move)

I dont own any RA2 stuff anymore except possibly the manual somewhere (I threw out my RA2 disks because I owned the game via Ultimate Collection so why keep em and because I needed to get rid of as much crap as possible in order to afford the cost to move all my stuff to the other side of the country) I do own a rather special copy of RA3 though. Its a copy of the Premier Edition and even though its missing the actual game CD (still has the music and bonus disks though) and the metal case is smashed and crap, its still very cool. Why is it cool? Because it was personally signed/addressed to me by one Aaron "Apoc" Kaufman. I got it because I was running a C&C website at the time and because I was such a big player in the C&C mod scene Its just cool to have and a reminder of how cool Apoc was Don't care that the game disk is missing since I have the game via Ultimate Collection, what matters is that I still have the packaging with the writing from Apoc on it

I might go and see it, depends how much else I am doing at the time and whether I have any money

I am torn here. On the one hand I HATE Adam Sandler and cant stand any of his films (like that stupid one about the hockey player who switches to golf or that one about that life-altering remote control) But on the other hand, I LOVE video games (especially classic video games). There is also the negative factor that its a Sony film (I am not the biggest fan of Sony for all sorts of reasons) and the fact that the stupid idiots in charge have decided to release it in Australia a couple months after the release date in the rest of the world. (now that its all digital, they cant blame it on the need to produce all those film prints anymore)

As a C&C fan AND a LEGO fan, I just LOVE this. I love the way you are using the BrickArms guns and stuff too, they are perfect for this

I nominate Colonel Autumn in Fallout 3. An epic end to an epic game (unless you have the DLC installed that is in which case you can continue playing if you make the right choices) Or the Kraglizer (end boss) in The Lego Movie: The Video Game.

My speeds over ADSL2+ When I first moved in to this apartment my speeds were crap. After Telstra and my ISP (TPG) did a few things and fixed some problems (and after I replaced a crappy DSL router with a nice new one) my speeds got better (and more importantly my internet got more stable). I got a call from TPG a while back saying "you can now get NBN Fiber from TPG" (which would have given me lightning fast speeds) except that they were giving me information based on my old apartment (where NBN is now available) and not my new one (where there are no plans to do anything for who knows how long) Still, the speeds I get are perfectly fine for games and downloading (even large items like Steam or Origin games or downloads of W3D mods/always files/etc). I specifically made sure that the internet options for the apartments I looked at where acceptable so I wouldn't be stuck unable to get ADSL (or stuck on Telstra "pair gain" equipment and limited to slow/expensive ADSL).
