Yep. I had a hunch, and now it's proven. Nodlied's notebook did not come from me, and therefore I will not be involved at all with it tonight. I suspect it's a fake notebook.

I think that's likely. As I've been saying, I think there is a Kira who has a book right now. There may be two shimshims giving out books. Perhaps they are in competition with each other like the Judges in Hunger Games Mafia.

By the way, the Death Note decription states that if I haven't used it before, I will not be held as a kira suspect. Keep in mimnd both Chaos and Cat5 were held as Kira suspects. 

Also if we have another shinigami and KY is who he says he is, it leaves us ChopBam and Nodlied.

I used the L power on him and was good. The roleblocker didn't stop that, just my use of giving night trust to FRAYDO. I think other people did the same on him too.

I think I've been investigated and there's been no such "can't be found" result as that which showed up on Jeod.

I started the game with this label. Chaos was held for an extra night for reasons that were never divulged.

Yet i still don't know how the investigation power works

It told me his alignment. It didn't tell me his role. Verti has said it can be different each night. I had some flavor text that suggested it had been possible for me to get a stronger investigation tool but I did not due to how the game was unfolding.
