  1. No, I'm not. I doubt I'd have access to Force powers, in this case. Believe it or not, there's a ton of Star Wars characters I want to play in some form or another in the back of my head, but none of them were Jedi, if you can believe it. My character's pretty simple, flavor wise, so I focused on stat building.
  2. Because my character is from Mandalore.
  3. Speaking of Jar Jar, just going to leave this here...
  4. I've got a collection of those. It's in storage, unfortunately, otherwise I'd show it off.
  5. Oh yeah? Ask away. And before you ask, no, I do not have the Darksaber. That would've been BADASS, but it wasn't an option and likely would've caused more problems for the setup.
  6. In a sense. This is how lightsaber colors work, at least to the best of my knowledge: -Blue denotes a Jedi Guardian, someone who follows a more physical branch of Jedi learning. -Green denotes a Jedi Consular, who is more focused on the Force itself. These are the wisest Jedi around. -Orange and Yellow belong to Jedi Sentinels. These guys exist solely to root out and destroy dark side users. Basically, they do not fuck around. -Purple indicates one who walks the line between light and dark without following the path of the Gray. -Red is dark side. Every sith has a red saber because they synthesize their crystals rather than dig them up.
  7. Interestingly enough, an orange lightsaber is usually the last thing a Sith wants to see.
  8. I'm curious as to how well people's lightsaber colors match up to their characters, or (previously) established lore.
  9. I'm still a little salty about that. I think we could've had the game in the bag without kam's role in place.
  10. Huh. I somehow missed that part. In that case, this may be a bit like Death Note, where technically anyone could dabble in evil deeds, but there's a few people who start the game either already on that path or have motivation to go there.
  11. Settle down. We'll show you the fully textured version when it's done.
  12. I just want to throw this out there: Depending on the era of play, the Rule of Two may or may not be moot. There also don't appear to be any "corruption" mechanics per player, either, so I'm going to go out on a limb and say that we're facing a fixed number of Sith. Bear in mind, I could be wrong, but that's how the situation appears to me.
  13. I didn't spent a whole lot of time creating my character. I basically picked my stats, decided on an appropriate backstory, send. Perhaps in a future Star Wars game I'll put more into the character, but for now, I'm functional and that's what matters most.
  14. Wow. Didn't take long for someone to go nuts. I find it interesting that you went for voting him Sith rather than challenging him to a duel. I feel like this is some sort of ploy, because you are never this aggressive.
  15. The idea behind the Reinforcement Bay is to keep the game from slowing to a crawl. One of the issues people have had with Renegade (and Renegade mods, by extension) is that the games rely heavily on the War Factory and the Refinery, to the point where any team that loses these two structures is considered crippled. Each game has their own answer to this problem; the Reinforcement Bay is AR's. The income provided will never be as good as the Refinery, and the vehicles provided will never make it a substitute for the War Factory. What it will do, however, is provide enough support for a team that has lost these two structures to hold a successful defense and possibly, if the team is smart enough, allow them to turn the tide of the battle. I admit, I was initially skeptical of its inclusion, but after seeing how it plays out in a few rounds of testing, I think it's going to be a welcome addition.
  16. Just know that your actions are being watched by forces unknown...
  17. That actually looks pretty badass.
  18. Personally, I'm in favor of KotG. That's one of our best maps, and I could totally see bots going head to head while players take alternate routes. It'd be great.
  19. A Star Trek mafia would certainly be interesting. The best way I could see it working is as a Crisis Mafia, with different members of Starfleet, the Klingon Empire, and the Romulan empire involved either pushing for peace or intergalactic war. There's also a possible cult-based setup involving the Borg. Really, a Star Trek mafia would be difficult to pull off, but if done right it could be great.
  20. I'm with Cat5. I think I'll pass on the APB mafias, but I'll sign up for anything else.
  21. I might be up for a non-APB Mafia. Also I might have my DC Mafia ready to run shortly after Jeod's game.
