Or at least as far as we know anyway. I mean, if this is true, it's not Cat 5 (because he was targeted with the ability). It's not Louis, because she was scattered. It's not Sunflower, cause she was scattered. Unless one of them is lying about visiting Cat 5, but then they'd still have had to choose to do the scatter over the kill which frankly doesn't seem like a very utilitarian choice.
