I'm not sure why either of them would lie, but unless FRAYDO is a ninja or someone kept FRAYDO's action hidden somehow, it seems one of them is lying. Either way, it's conflicting information. Another possibility is that he was lying, but it was to activate the same scumtrap he tried last game.

Now hold on. We can still salvage this. After all, we do know... 1). Cat5 appears to have temporarily left us rather than outright dying. We didn't get a nightkill tonight. 2). Cat5's ability would have let him check either Nodlied or Jeod. I think it's possible that one of them got paranoid at decided to take action. Normally, I'd agree with you on NoLynch. This scenario was different because we could do it and still beget information. Even if Cat5 was BSing, we'd know he was BSing. And, well, lynch all liars. I think we should look at people critical of the plan and/or could've gotten exposed in some way.

I'm not saying you should be lynched. Cat5's saying that he can cop check someone if they could've been lynched by him changing his vote. i.e., If we kept you at one vote below nolynch, and nolynch was the result, Cat5 could see what you would've flipped had he voted for you instead. Of course, that's what he claims. Doesn't it make sense to use this unique opportunity to clear someone without killing them? Wouldn't you like to be cleared, even if it's in a weird way? And if he's BSing us, wouldn't it be easily exposed by having him put his money where his mouth is?

Alright, since hammer's in a few hours, I want to get some work done. Cat5's plan actually has a chance of either working or telling us that he's full of shit. So let's select someone to test and keep them one vote below NoLynch, as per Cat5's suggestion. And out of everyone here, to me, the biggest wildcard I want tested is Jeod. He's unpredictable and clever, so if we can clear him without killing him, I'll feel a lot better. ##vote Jeod

Normally, I would disagree here. NoLynch is pretty much giving scum a free pass D1 and allowing them to go straight to nightkill. However, this claim of yours is... interesting, to say the least. I'm not familiar with the Zero Escape series, so I can't say whether or not it "fits" in the genre, but this claim of yours seems dubious to me. However, it gives us the unique opportunity to test two people at once, in a sense. So, I'll play along for now. I take it you have not played Silent Hill 2? (For those reading who have not played Silent Hill 2, drop what you're doing and go play it. Seriously. It is easily one of the best games ever made, and still stands as the king of horror games.)

Hey hey hey. I did pretty decently for having a handicap... especially since I forgot it was there.

It was a typical C&C night. Took forever to get everything working right, but oh SO worth it.

Such a shame. Perhaps you could retool this for fewer players and maybe try to run it at a later date?
