I already suggested however that target practicing only affects stuck chance, not missing chance after the sticky RNG passes.

Out of the two remaining scum, there is the Spy, who would not have gotten a "missed" result from shooting at Retal, and there is the Mirage Tank, who would only have a 25% chance of getting a "missed" result from shooting at Retal. Do you suggest Anon is the Mirage Tank who had a 75% chance of hitting but missed?

He's been soft claiming Crazy Ivan, but if the CI's "100% self kill" on the day action means anything, he's probably not the Crazy Ivan since he didn't die. I think the importance of this is understated. If you target someone tonight and are roleblocked, bing bong you found the mirage tank. Afaik, target practice just makes you not stuck. It doesn't help your chances of not missing.

Let it be known that I am also sussing Cat5 (slightly). There was a series of posts he made when he first got here that hit me wrong, during all that statistics talk.
