I wasn't aware that forg0ten1 had other talents besides buying spies and being a pain in the arse.

I personally think a new tab would be better as the Server Browser section is laid out pretty good as is, but at the end of the day I just want the rules to be somewhere anyone can easily find them.

Why would anyone want them to be secret in the first place? That defeats the whole point of having achievements. Achievements give players something to work for, Microsoft and Sony have proved that players love this with their Achievements and Trophies systems. This may sound odd but one of the main reasons I prefer to play games on the Xbox One compared to the PC is because of unlocking achievements. Doing all the word to only hear that iconic unlock sound and see it displayed is extremely satisfying.

I don't see the problem at all. Click the little arrow to open a drop-down which shows the rules for the server. The owner of the server lets someone at W3D Hub know their rules and the information is displayed.

A Server Rules tab should be added to the W3D Launcher. It's safe to say that a majority of the community uses this tool to access the game servers, and if they see this tab they might check it out to make sure that they're aware of the rules. Basically when you click this tab it shows different sections for different games (APB, Reborn, etc.) listing their respective rules.

I feel that this post should be added under the Quick Links section on the main forum page, just to make it easier to see. A few times I've seen people break the rules and then claim that they do not know the rules and weren't able to find them on the forums. True or not, if the post is easily accessible from the main forum page then there is no excuse if they say they've checked the forums.

Put a capturable AA gun on top of the oil silo.

MiGs, on Seamist? The area between the Soviet base and the Allied AA turrets range is pretty small, even for Yaks. Neither would be really useful unless the Soviets take down the AA guns, but then the Allies could just deploy Redeyes to the Barracks side of their hill to shoot down incoming aircraft and have some cover. Pipeline would work as long as the pilots are aware of their surroundings and what they can effectively do in that kind of terrain.
