  1. Today's PUG was fun. Highlight video from me coming up soon. Contains pre-PUG shenanigans with voe, and a lot of loud laughter from me.
  2. In my opinion, yes. V-aiming locks the camera in place, so all that's left is (quite literally) point and shoot. Mileage may vary. Do keep your eyes on the reticle, because the stock one is about the size of a fruit fly for my screen resolution (2560x1440) and I had to make my own to see it properly as I do V-aim.
  3. My choices from highest to lowest priority: A Path Beyond - The game's namesake map. I remember being able to get under the map and kill almost everything that can get into the MCT room of the conyard, and then some (and got kicked for it, ofc ) Alpine Lake - There's something about me and large "scenic" maps. Alpine Lake was one of them. Condensing the bases a bit could be a little helpful especially when you've got nukes dropping at the other side of where you spawned. Partium - This one is tied for Alpine Lake in terms of scenery. Plus, IIRC it's a symmetrical map. Partium was also that sort of meatgrinder map that I particularly enjoyed especially at high-playercount games. Basically whoever had the more powerful organized rush won the game. Allied Assault - I remembered this as a 9935 tweekbee(?) map, a good complement to Seamist. The Woods Today - The very first map I played in when I first started playing APB. Lagsniping from the allied hill was fun

  8. I know what you mean. It only happens in first person and is easily reproducible when firing from behind cover (e.g. trying to exploit defenses). Doesn't really bother me, however.
  9. Which Soviet buildings are they? I remember recreating the APB buildings (both Allied & Soviet) in Minecraft a while back, and I remember handing some building schematics to Raptor29a for a PvP project of his... 11. Born and raised as a Fil-Am, I've seen a few things regarding Philippine politics. This guy's nuts! At least he's getting something done compared to what's going on here in Murrika.
  12. Fun was had yesterday. ...and video of it too...
  13. I'd like to see a function where each major structure has a special switch that can only be activated by technicians/engineers, where activating it is akin to starting repair ticks on the structure as it would in actual RA. It will of course be a supplement to the technician's current repair speed, but utilizing this functionality will cost the player a certain percentage of their credits in relation to the structure's value.
  14. A lot of times lately my net has been going in and out of connectivity, but not much so that I will get knocked offline for a long time and then come back. I'm pretty sure this is what happened in the video because on my end of things, the transient disconnection causes everybody to do the following: warp, moonwalk in one direction, or both (though I mostly encounter the first) and whatever damage I cause gets applied when my connectivity gets re-established. IDK, just my thoughts on it shush you

  19. 1. 3rd person allows for V-aim (locked camera, free-moving reticle), the same kind of aiming system used for the snipers in APB Beta. Makes for simple point-and-shoot goodness. 2. At least for me, I'm using OBS to record many of my games. No streaming, just local recording.
