danpaul88
An update is available to the W3D Hub launcher which improves the login process and integrates with the live forum environment correctly. Thanks to @moonsense715 for his efforts in reverse engineering the missing parts from the original IPB v3 integration. Note that, as has always been the case, unless you are a staff member or tester there is no benefit to logging in at present.

danpaul88
What operating system are you running? The launcher no longer supports Windows XP so if you're using that then no, it won't run the latest version
Pyrodaimon
Windows 8. The launcher has worked just fine yesterday, until the update just a few minutes, and now the program won't even load. I checked it over in the Event Viewer and it is listed as an application error, with the faulting module path being system32\KERNELBASE.dll. I don't know much about this sort of stuff, so I guess I'll just have to reinstall.
ChopBam
Danpaul had me upload my errors.log file when my launcher wasn't working today. Determined that the server was down for the moment that I tried running the program. Try uploading errors.log?
Pyrodaimon
I reinstalled the launcher again. It updated to 7.3.1 automatically, and it didn't load back again. So yeah, I think this is the file you mean. Mind you, a couple of parts of it are in Spanish; "método no encontrado" means "method not found" (or however it is originally called in the English version) and 'en' obviously means 'in'. errors.log
Meyerm
I have window 7 and the launcher doesn't work anymore for me either. Won't even launch. An error message pops up saying it stopped working and that's it. danpaul88
Can anyone having problems running the launcher make sure they're running an up to date version of the .net Framework. You can get 4.6.1 from https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=49981
Pushwall
Works for me. Check your Slack.
JigglyJie
Opening the launcher doesn't download the update, so I reinstalled. It applies it, then reverts back to the previous version. But I get no errors regardless. Running Windows 10 if that helps?
Einstein
We have temporarily disabled this update until we get things sorted out. Thats why you're seeing that happen.
