Most of our playerbase is in EU so it makes sense to have an EU (main) server no? I honestly don't know what the plan is for the future of expansion but I haven't heard anyone say anything about any US servers yet. We'll be sure to announce it if we do open one though! Just curious, have you checked your connection? Because I have one of the worst home internet connections imaginable and I can still play fine. Kinda strange actually haha.

Hmm, there's an old name Assuming you are ofcourse the same Loki that i remember from earlier APB days. Thanks for the errors.log upload. I'm no expert by any means, but the log mentions a system.net.webexception error, which I believe suggests an issue with the launcher accessing the internet. I'll let danpaul88 give a proper answer, but in the meantime, you might check your firewall and UAC settings for this program. Try right click -> run as administrator just to see if it makes a difference. Thanks for posting the issue and we'll do what we can to help you make it work!

Well around the holiday season things tend to naturally wind down a bit, what with people traveling and spending time with family, etc. And then APB joined us so some prep work for that has recently taken priority. Don't worry though, AR is not forgotten

If money is whats keeping you on XP, i can give you a legal windows vista license. I realize that it is a horrible OS but at least it can play APB

Yeah ignore my previous post. I assumed incorrectly that the download was not in an "installed" state just zipped up. My bad... Create a shortcut to your game.exe and add this to the end of the target blank: +connect 178.162.193.144:9016 +netplayername aldobrasil -launcher then hit save. You should be able to connect now!

Not necessary. Once that package is downloaded, all he or anyone else with similar issues need to do is paste those files into the folder I mentioned above and then hit "install" from the launcher. The launcher will "download" the files (basically check what files aren't downloaded), then do what I believe is an integrity check, then complete the install process. After that, all should be working. EDIT: ignore this, I'm a moron.

That file alone is 3/4 of the total download. A connection issue, even a very slight otherwise unnoticeable one could also be the culprit. Make sure that there aren't any corrupted leftovers hanging around, as these could also (but not likely) be the cause. Navigate to the C:\ProgramData\W3D Hub\Launcher\package-cache\games\apb\3.0.0.0 folder (ProgramData is a hidden folder) Delete the always.zip file if there is one there. If not, then the problem is not an existing corrupted file. Let us know what happens so we can improve this

Also check that your hard drive isn't full.....that would not be good and it would definitely cause your problem to occur :

Its that time again where we all change our avatars to freshen up the place! This month, we started something a little different. Instead of our stingy staffers keeping all the decision-making power to ourselves, we opened a thread in the off-topic section where all forum members are encouraged to suggest theme ideas for the coming month! Then after the mid-month cut off, cast votes on the ideas suggested and the one with the most accumulated "likes" is the one we'll go with for the next month......actually I lied a little. Thats next month's plan This month was a trial run after which I made a slight revision to the process, turning it into that! My first idea was a flop i must admit...lol Anyway the theme of the month, which was (mostly) chosen by our members, is "video games"! Screenshots, fan art, official art, album art, box art, whatever you're into from any game, it does not matter! Have fun and remember that .gifs work too!

The APB developers over at Bluehell Productions have released.........ANOTHER new blog! Check it out!!! The RA:APB testing team have been at it for about 4 hours now at the time of me typing this news article, making sure that the upcoming release is ready. Pushwall and the rest of the dev team have been hard at it for months now, working to bring us out of the gamma era and into the "final" era of APB. Everything looks amazing! ChopBam's funhouse cottage on KOTG, among many other new features on all maps, completely change the look of everything for the better. The PT icons have been updated! We have sandstorms on RA_pipeline! I could ramble on but instead, I'll just let you all see the progress for yourselves! Expect a release soon comrades!
