  1. As far as I know of, if you join the server itself, it should auto download everything you'd need to play it. Though you'll have to download the maps as they come up.
  2. Then how about this much more likely scenario? A group of tanks (either side) is rushing towards the enemy base and is primed to do some serious damage to it after it has lost its War Factory, but not its OT. The side that's being rushed spams rocket soldiers (or shocks/kovs) and is in place to stop them. A decent sniper or two could easily pick off some of them as they moved to engage the tanks.
  3. Or in extreme cases, like the 9935 nuke sniper from the map SOVIETALLIESLOL.
  4. Core defender was easy...all you had to do was lure it onto a bridge and take out the bridge with the defender on it. For Volkov? A metric shitton of coils would solve that.
  5. What good is fighting with honor if you die?
  6. Which is why we can't have nice things.
  7. Let me ask you this instead. Would you want to have a cake that's been under cooked or one that's cooked all the way? Because it's the same thing with AR. While it is enjoyable now, there are still many things that need to be tested, patched, textured, etc.
  8. Maybe it's a different dutch speaking country?
  9. I'd much rather lead the targets than rely on shoddy homing myself.
  10. Perhaps there could be a similar objective of war factory destruction on A Path Beyond like there is on HW?
  11. I think HW is fine outside of the objective being a little too hard.
  12. I don't think it's the issue I'm thinking of, but it might be because of LBs being able to raep the coils without too much trouble.
  13. I've played the campaign quite a few times, and from the only times I got to use a weapon that has a DoT effect IE Chem Sprayer, Flamethrower, VAR, etc. its only the weapon's damage and not the DoT itself that harmed them.
  14. Except against armored units I believe.
  15. Minor weakpoints are points in buildings that disable the structure, much like killing it would, albeit without actually doing so. In exchange, there are repair nodes throughout both Allied and Soviet buildings that will let you repair just as fast as if you were repairing at an MCT, but not have the MCT's weakness to damage. That damage bonus goes for the major weak point, and if I'm wrong on any points, may the devs feel free to correct me on it.
  16. Well, either try to become a tester, or continue to wait patiently then.
  17. Already bought my copy of 8-bit Invaders and it's by far my most favorite of the series. And as a bonus, you can play as any of the factions in a skirmish match, so you won't need to change games!
  18. The tank destroyer is only good against infantry when you can pull off a direct hit on their bodies or run them down...outside of that, good luck
  19. I'd love to see a remake of Shallow Grave.
  20. The only downside to rebuilding buildings is that it can draw rounds on for a while. The only way one could win without taking out the con yard in IA's maps would be through points or the ped. (Which is usually in the basement of the con yard, as is the MCT)
  21. They are my worst nightmare.. git gud skrubloard. In all seriousness though, if you circle strafe around them and they don't have a hitscan weapon, you'll be dodging about half of what they're shooting at you. Still a lethal amount if you're out numbered three to one.
  22. How about a short sabotage of the building in question, resulting in slightly higher production costs?
