With the release of the new APB patch, we thought it would be a good idea to make an awesome trailer to show off the fun, uniqueness and nostalgia that the game brings to the table. Not enough people know about Red Alert: A Path Beyond, so now with this trailer we can begin to stretch out and show other gaming communities what they are missing out on. Please feel free to repost this video in any other gaming communities that you frequent, since the more people we can get to play the game, the more information we can get on how to improve it!
  7. I'd say let the balance bed in for a while. We've only just released, so lets have some more games and then talk about the balance when it's a bit clearer in our minds.
  8. I work with this engine because it's fun and I enjoy it. The benefits of this engine are that it's pretty lightweight and easy to mod, providing that you're making a C&C AoW type game.
  9. Hmmm that's really strange. The other thing I can suggest is try changing the rendering mode from Direct3D to something else like OpenGL.
  10. Make sure that nothing is behind your Max window i.e. Web Browser, Media Player etc. and all should be good.
  11. This is the third time someone has mentioned the limits being too small so I figured that an extra 100px each side wouldn't hurt. I'll mention it next time, I just didn't think that it was that important. To be honest, your sig is nearer to the new limit than it was to the old one, so it's probably not going to affect your scrolling too much at all.
  12. A very good friend of mine works at EA, so I'm sure he'd be able to find out who to get in touch with regarding C&C these days.
  13. Although supporting Renegade isn't really on our radar since it's still a game that people have to pay for, we could perhaps look into something in the future. Maybe someone with connections to EA could negotiate something.
  14. We could look into posting a staff roster if there is more of a demand for such a page. Currently we have a lot of other web-based things on our todo list that are of a much higher priority though.

  16. Looks fairly solid, but it would be interesting to see what the wireframe looks like.
  17. We're getting there, but there is still a bit of a way to go yet. We'll put out some more news soon once there is a bit of time to gather some cool stuff up together.

  20. Your work keeps getting better and better every time I see it. Nice job man! I'm especially fond of those freight train bogies; the materials are looking really awesome. My only critique is that the base of the wheels (that come into contact with the track) should be almost a mirror sheen due to the constant contact with the rails (unless the locomotive has been stationary for a while).
