  1. Many of you who are aware of me know that I love the Terry Crews old spice commercials, particularly the ones with the classic "WTF Boom" mixed in. Never seen them before? Well, check out this beautiful compilation. Quite entertaining, aren't they? Well now, you can enjoy the magic of Old Spice ingame! It's so powerful it can cause serious damage to the enemy base! Yeah it is! Who said that? Was that my left bicep? No, it was my Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaabdominals. Okay enough beating around the bush. This pack transforms Demolition Trucks into Old Spice trucks! Check the preview: In addition, the Old Spice whistle (complete with Terry Crews awesomeness) is now the signal that a demo truck is armed. Finally, the chargeup/detonation is the classic "WTF Boom" meme. This affects the nuclear missile as well, so have fun! You can download the pack here: https://www.mediafire.com/?p9stzi9hiamcg96 Oh, and just one more thing: Buh ba bum buh buh bah POWER!
  2. To be fair, is there much topic to get back to? The discussion kind of ended with "engine limitations."
  3. This forum continues to amaze me with how quickly conversations nosedive into insanity, and everyone just goes with the flow.
  4. You people and your wacky ideas. Today it's a Tesla Jammer, tomorrow it'll be a Nuclear Stealth Plecostomus...
  5. Granted, but I turn back to a person. I wish DH knew the difference between censorship and calming down.
  6. Granted, but it's re-cancelled after one season. I wish I was a puppy.
  7. Granted. The floor creaks, the roof leaks, there's a terrible draft. The winters are harsh, the summers are brutal. There's a wild man-eating clam in the backyard! I wish for a wishing well.
  8. Granted, but the process requires several divide be zero scenarios that would cause the cataclysmic destruction of the universe. You decide to save everyone by asking for a PB&J sandwich instead. You get a PB&J bagel. I wish I had a PB&J bagel.
  9. Granted, but you're deployed to Hawaii, then diverted to Alaska without a chance to repack. I wish people played this again.
  10. Plus this just makes them a diet base defense, which is kinda pointless.
  11. Unfortunately, it is impossible to do. EIther make everything stealthed or allow hitboxes to be seen even outside of the gap, as I told you ingame earlier.
  12. Walls! I knew this maps was missing something, I just couldn't put my finger on it. Hopefully this makes the bases easier to defend.
  13. Am I the only one who thought The Force Awakens was on par with A New Hope and Empire Strikes Back?
  14. I just remember sitting on my dad's lap while he played C&C, which I called "flopellar" as a toddler (I got that from "Low Power," I think). It got to the point where if my parents ever needed me to stay in one place for a certain amount of time, they'd just pop in the Red Alert disk and let me have fun. Heck I even got to the 4th Soviet mission before being fully potty trained. Then I remember being super excited when he took me to the store to get Red Alert 2 when it came out, and then sitting on his lap while he played through the campaigns... Man he would've LOVED APB.
  15. If memory serves me correctly, there should be a version of CamosCanyon with bots for specifically this purpose... However I do think there should be a few more bot maps, probably KotG or RidgeWar.
  16. Ladies and gentlemen, for one night only, standing in for yours truly (and doing a damn fine job of it), I give you... CLAYFACE!!!
  17. Favorite? Oh man... It's a tie between RidgeWar and Keep Off The Grass. In addition to how beautiful these maps are, they're also quite unpredictable. Every match is different, even if people have caught on to certain strategies (i.e., blizting the Allied Power Plant on KOTG), it just makes countering those easier and opening new avenues. Least favorite is PacificThreat. Every match, it seems, ends with the Allied leading a naval assault. Haven't seen a submarine here in a long time. It's just dull. Removing land vehicles has taken out a major element of this map, honestly. EDIT: Retracting this statement entirely as I just played a match with a Soviet victory. I still don't like the map, but eh. Sorry if that offends anyone. I almost put CI for both, funny enough. I like the map, but after some recent experiences, I harbor a special hatred for it.
  18. Have I just missed everything? I've played Seamist a lot, and it almost always results in a Soviet victory. The one time it didn't was when forg decided to prove how dangerous spies are. No idea how he does it.
  19. I've seen more Soviet victories on those maps than Allied. Seamist in particular is very tricky for the Allies, as the Soviets can detonate mines with V2s, and generally blitz one side with Heavies and Mammoths. Occasionally they also throw a demo truck late game to truly annihilate the Allies. River Raid seems fairly well balanced; it all depends on which team is better at pushing the other back, which ultimately depends on the players.
  20. I could see V2s and Minelayers being somewhat problematic on this map. Perhaps with some artillery guards and extra tunnels, this could be much better. Although it does look great in its current form.
  21. Nothing happened to it, it's still here. https://secure.w3dhub.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=415740
  22. Same. Most players are tough just on their own, but facing your doppelganger... That's psychological warfare at its scariest.
  23. Sorry for the minor necro, but having saw the movie last night, I felt it appropriate to place my review here. This film was awesome. Marvel knocks it out of the park once again. I'm overwhelmingly pleased that they set it up as a real conflict that you could plausibly see both sides of, instead of simply "Good guy/bad guy" thing. Without giving too much away, it does a good job at continuing old plotlines and character arcs (beyond the Cap/Bucky relationship) as well as setting up new ones while feeling like a solid movie on its own. Almost every one had some "cool" moments of them doing awesome things, and the two that stuck out in this department were Ant Man and Spider Man. Speaking of the latter, Spidey has about 30 minutes of screentime, he's done better than any of the previous movies. He's everything that I loved about Tobey MacGuire's Peter Parker mixed with everything I loved about Andrew Garfield's Spider Man. Oh, and don't worry, they only hint at his origin rather than playing it out yet again. However, the one that REALLY stood out for me was Black Panther. I knew very little about him going in, but coming out, I am a fan. He is presented as a very serious character, but not one devoid of personality or likability. I'm excited for his standalone film, and I'll probably catch up on him in the comics pretty soon. Overall, 10/10. I loved it. Go out and see it.
  24. What about the Death Star? or... (Spoilers) Starkiller Base? Why blow up a planet with slow moving weapons with long recharge times, when you can just as easily waltz in, blow up their defenses in seconds, then bombard the living crap out of it, leaving the resources still somewhat viable?
