If anyone wants to take a look behind the scenes over at how China's shenanigans and WHO corruption is affecting all of this, among anything else related to stuff coming out of China, take a look at the show called "China Uncensored". I've been following their work for a long time now and the content is very informative and, well, uncensored. They also have a show called "America Uncovered" if you're more into US topics. Don't trust China's data if it's getting reposed via your preferred news outlet. The CCP is one of the world's biggest human rights violators and like to cover things up a lot. Always double/triple check what you're reading or hearing on the news.

I wanted to start this fresh new decade by going back to my roots, so I made a tiny video featuring the moment I knew I'd be working with games and fictional worlds. It was mind blowing when I first saw it growing up, and all of you have played through it probably countless times if you're into TS as much as I am.

Like I said before, really liking the aesthetics of the map design. It shows that you and whoever is working with you on the maps had fun making them look campaign-ey and detailed. Nice work.

I also like seeing aesthetically detailed and thought-out Tiberian Sun map landscapes that keep things atmospheric and memorable - so nice work on adding to the very creative TS modding scene!

Glad you got a laugh out of it! disclaimitory: EA infamously tried to pass in-game gambling / loot boxes as "surprise mechanics", so that's the meta joke. Also whats with all the vegan cookie jokes here implying they're bad - the best cookie of my life was a vegan one. :P

UPDATE 2019 I wanted to update this thread. I used to make a Tiberian Sun themed webcomic out of LEGOs as you likely already now. I stopped producing them quite a while back due to some technical and time related difficulties. Two primary websites where the comic used to be hosted have both been shut down, so I wanted to reupload the comic as a complete collection without the previous site's branding. The collection also includes a few extra goodies! I remember not posting the last three or four episodes on every outlet, so some of you might not have seen those if you weren't checking the old sites where it was hosted. The series wasn't planned to end with E13, but the conclusion in that one is a good parting point so it doesn't end on a cliffhanger at least. SUPER TINY UPDATE 2019: - yes I'm alive - 2019 took me hostage with serious life stuff - launched a Discord server ( https://discord.gg/FwNPAeK ) - finally escaped 2019 and can continue making videos - made a new video today (in spoiler tag below) - started work on the next one I'm getting more used to speaking into a camera and am forcing myself not to look at a script, so that I improve faster in speaking and presentation in the moment. My body still reacting to "being-on-camera stress" is bugging me, but I can see improvements in how I feel and act. For those unaware, I initially had a big fear of uploading videos of myself online and am working on growing past all that. I don't have a better camera and microphone, so apologies for the image and sound quality. If anyone here likes this type of content, please let me know. I appreciate it.

Is there any way to change the desired launcher language manually instead of relying on your Windows configuration? I didn't see any selection box at first glance. Asking for people who prefer to view things only in English, or the opposite where your Windows regional is set to English but you prefer another language for the launcher itself. EDIT: Just noticed this topic is already being discussed and worked on internally, all good. Onward to localized victory!

If a new city map is in the works, then I'd pitch in an idea to add strategic verticality for flanking and sneaking. Like catwalks and ladders above the ground level to get to rooftops and such vantage points. Heck, if it's just an industrial area or a village, add vertical vantage points there if applicable too.

Oh damn, I completely forgot about the Surface-to-Air missile system I placed way back on the roof. Although I've always gotten presents by some mysterious means. No idea how to explain it exactly. One theory I've heard is that Santa is red because he's affiliated with Nod, and they allow him to use stealth technology and whatnot. Perhaps the sleigh is just a decoy while SBH elves bring in presents from other angles of approach? This just got a lot more complicated. Peace through Santa!
