  1. Exactly. They are "good" but you're actually just paying for a brand, and very unique problems in the future. They have been known to do weird stuff like forcing RAID on a single disk, and other weirdness. And Alienware is purely a "gaming"-geared setup. You want a "sleeper" so to speak. Lots of power and utility, but without the flashy lights and custom drivers that cause issues later. My 2 cents
  2. One of these will probably do you very well. I sold a similar (older) model to an engineering student a couple years ago and he hasn't had the first problem out of it. I don't sell many in this "class" of computer simply due to the price, but they seem to be solid from what I've seen. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIAFJ87MZ8610 https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA7AB6UR7959
  3. Interesting.... Have you had any issues with other programs acting strangely on your PC? You might try running a disk check and maybe a memory test and see if anything turns up. These issues sound to me like corrupted files, which a disk or memory error could definitely cause.

  5. Care to share please so we can use the solution for future problems?
  6. That would be 1.2.0 Beta sir And FYI I liked this map. Call me strange, it wouldn't be the first time. Interesting map concept. It does remind me of Camos Canyon and Hourglass though.... Meh, only so many shapes that can exist right? ?
  7. @OWA Is there a way to have help threads like this default to chronological order instead of the all-confusing "most favorite answer" order?
  8. It is indeed c#, and only around 150-200 lines the last time I looked at it. Shouldn't be too much labor involved at all hopefully.
  9. Hmmmmm. What OS are you running? Lets get on TS3 sometime and see if we can figure it out.
  10. Hmmmmm What language is your system in? We've had a few issues with different locales...
  11. Is your hard drive full? This or an unstable internet connection causing a corrupt download could cause this error I believe. Could also be a perms error maybe? Are you running it as admin?
  12. Bahahaha what did I just read xD You wouldn't be the first though. A super early version of the Asterisk tool played Rick Astley in the background
  13. Hey @Willy Lets get on TS3 sometime and see if we can't get this figured out. PM me here or find me on the w3dhub discord!
  14. Dude chill. You will know when there is an update because it will be posted in a thread like this one, just like every other update.
  15. @Raap Been wondering what you're up to! Looks like a promising map! When it comes time to test drive it, you know where to find me!
  16. @PwnCall Welcome! I've seen you around some, good to see you here. Please check out the forum rules if you haven't already. Feel free to ask about anything you need help with. We've got lots of people here who have been creating content for a long time, and they like to help so don't be shy!
  17. Clear browser cache boi
  18. Ahh ok, see I was looking in the threads. I see.... @OWA !
  19. Got a screenshot? I can see all the page buttons on my end. Just want to make sure I'm looking in the right place.
  20. An Iron Curtain model has existed for over a decade actually. Remember RA_TechnoWars? Metalfej I believe made that map. It also had camo pillboxes, "phase transports", and other goodies. I think we've revamped the model, or made another one possibly. I can't keep up with everything. Seems like its even in the background of a map now but dang I can't remember.
